* CatSmile: A frequent art choice when characters are being coy.

* YouWannaGetSued: Chapter 95 introduces a new villain with a penchant for using gas filled traps, wears a perpetual shit-eating grin, behaves like an utter {{Troll}}, and "looks an awful lot like a ''[[ComicBook/TheJoker playing card]]''". Him appearing in the same scene as Braveman, who's "silhouette looks like a ''[[Franchise/{{Batman}} certain other hero's]]''" makes the General nervous that the manga will catch the attention of "''[[Creator/DCComics their]]''" laywers. Him calling Braveman "Bats" in his response does not help. To top it off he reveals his alias is "Jester" when he leaves.

The story follows the misadventures of Miss Black General, who is one of the executives of a [[NebulousEvilOrganization rising new villainous organization called RX]] that aims for world domination. However, there's a bit of a snag there: the local superhero Braveman. No, not that he's a powerful adversary, though he's certainly that. The issue is that the General is his number one fan and mainly became a villain [[StalkerWithACrush so she'd have a good excuse to stalk him]]. Any time Braveman commits a heroic act and tries to prevent the General's schemes, [[AccidentalPervert the latter mistakes his actions as a form of flirtation]], much to Braveman's frustration.

* BoobsOfSteel:
** Impact has a decently big chest, being slightly smaller than the General, which does well to signify that despite being strong enough to be one of the Top 4 Heroes, her debilitatingly massive appetite, which causes her to lose her strength if she misses a meal, prevents her from being as effective a powerhouse as she could be.
** Mother Justice has the absolute largest chest among the entire female cast, visibly beating out the General by 1-2 cup sizes, and she is far and away the strongest hero in the story, to the point that she's TheDreaded for the next 3 strongest heroes.

* FourElementEnsemble: Schwartz Phantom's subordinates:
** [[PlayingWithFire Fire]], Weiss Salamander.
** [[DishingOutDirt Earth]], Ground Golem.
** [[MakingASplash Water]], Violet Aquarius.
** [[BlowYouAway Air]], Gruen Hurricane.

* BareYourMidriff: Weiss Salamander's outfit consists of long pants and a bikini top that shows off her abs.

* SlapstickKnowsNoGender: The women of the series are no safer from slapstick than the men.

* AsskickingEqualsAuthority: Both heroes and villains determine their ranks based on strength and how capable they are at their chosen profession, with the strongest among their individual groups acting as leader. That said, the story as a whole follows the concept of ThePeterPrinciple, with the highest-ranking members of both sides having various mental oddities that result in them sucking terribly at leadership and constantly failing to achieve their proclaimed goals. Also, while all the villain groups supplement their strength with BenevolentBoss attitudes that foster genuine loyalty, the heroes make no effort to actually produce a system of structure, so the hierarchy of the Hero League is determined mostly through fear.

* GreenEyedMonster: A literal example with stray monster Zero Duty, who's feelings of Valentine's envy mutated him into a chocolate stealing beast that seeks to destroy the holiday.

** Zero Duty gets kicked hard between the legs by the General, much to the male onlookers horror.

* HalfHumanHybrid: GG, Black Lion and Water Bear-chan are all bio-augmented humans with animal traits given to them by the Scientist. Mr X approaches the trope from the other way as a cat given human traits.

* NotWhatItLooksLike: Braveman seems cursed to have people assume he's a willing participant to the General's antics.

* OldMaster: Marshal Turtle, a retired hero who Braveman goes to visit for advice and training with Honest Rate and Karmen Soldier.

* PoorCommunicationKills: RX's first Christmas party almost goes down the tubes due to not deciding ahead of time who should bring what food.

** The Black General, the Scientist, the Secretary, and the Boss are all cases of EverybodyCallsThemBarkeep, referencing their roles in RX.

* OmniscientCouncilOfVagueness: The General manifests one of these as her GhostInTheMachine while trying to process a potential rival for Braveman's affections. Each member of the council is a version of herself filling a common archetype -- one General with a bushy scientist mustache, another wearing square glasses, and the leader doing a [[Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion Gendo]] [[FingerTenting impersonation]].

The manga is written by jin (mugenjin) and published and serialized by Dragon Age. It is licensed for release in English by Creator/SevenSeasEntertainment.

* {{Chuunibyou}}: The BDS Group[[note]]Black Dark Shadow, as if that wasn't a giveaway.[[/note]] is full of them, especially their leader Schwartz Phantom.

** Marshmallow Head is an expy of Franchise/{{Anpanman}}, being a superhero with a head made of food.

* AuthorAppeal: GG's character profile states that she was originally meant to be a bit further down the cute/monstrous scale, but more and more of the author's favourite traits kept sneaking in.

* BigDamnKiss: [[spoiler: The Secretary]] finally kisses [[spoiler: the Boss]] in chapter 121!

* BlackComedyRape: X-chan ravishes [[spoiler:Licht]] when she accidentally gets dosed with an aphrodisiac. Tentacles included. ''Right there in front of everyone present.'' [[spoiler: Including his ''mother''.]]

* CuteMonsterGirl: X-chan, a naive plant girl new to the world.

* PlantPerson: X-chan, a plant girl based off of the Scientist's old flower monster.

* TentacleRope: The Scientist's plant monster uses the vine variant, which X-chan inherits. It's played for every bit as much {{fanservice}} as you'd expect.

* CuteMonsterGirl:
** Water Bear-chan the water bear girl, who prefers sleeping above anything else.
** X-chan, a naive plant girl new to the world.

* HumanShield: Water Bear-chan proves useful after all when she's used by the General as a shield against [[spoiler: the brainwashed Secretary]].

* NighInvulnerability: Water Bear-chan has the same durability against temperature, pressure, and even radiation as a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrade water bear]]. Unfortunately, there are two drawbacks: first, it only works while she's asleep, and second, she has nothing else that would make her a threat. [[spoiler:Using her as a HumanShield, however, works perfectly.]]

* OlderThanTheyLook: Water Bear-chan apparently shrunk a lot in receiving the traits of such a small animal, so she looks younger than she really is.

* {{Sleepyhead}}: Water Bear-chan, who's asleep practically all the time.
