''Fabricant 100'' (''Jinzou Ningen 100'') is a manga by Daisuke Enoshima, serialized in Weekly Magazine/ShonenJump from December 5th 2022 to September 3rd 2023.

Ashibi Yao is a 14-year-old survivor of his family being murdered by the Fabricants, for their blood that can grant eternal youth. After he promises to give his body to the last Fabricant remaining, No. 100, the last and the strongest of them, destroys the intruders present.

** When [[spoiler: No. 100 discovers Ashibi no longer has his HealingFactor that came from his family's genes]] she immediately abandons him.

Now, the two travel around the country looking into people's disappearances to hunt down the Fabricants, with No 100 caring about the kid's well-being a lot more than one'd expect from a flesh-stealing monster.

* ArtificialHuman: All Fabricants are creations of a MadScientist trying to make the "perfect human" until he died, and they've decided to become an UltimateLifeform without figuring out if the doctor's had any other motives.

* CaughtOnTape: Luka invites Ashibi to another room, while questioning No. 100 on camera. With her contractor away, she [[spoiler:shows knowledge of stopping all Fabricants at once by taking down No. 1, but withheld that information from Ashibi because she doesn't care about human victims, and she needs No. 1's help to take Ashibi's body]]. Despite this, he still trusts her, as at least she'll act predictably.

** Luka thinks Ashibi is JustAKid and wants him living a safe, happy life instead of being an active combatant with No. 100 as a constant, potential threat. He doesn't like the decision, but remains a friendly face.

* LightningCanDoAnything: The electricity in a Fabricant's core is what gives them life, and that same electricity from Fabricant 99's core is what boosts a Mortsafe agent's innate ability into becoming a Spark power.

* LogicalWeakness: As [[spoiler:Roxy's Fabricant's]] power work if a human listens to her singing for a long time, No. 100 makes a deafening scream and interrupts the effect.
* LongLived: The Yao family are known for having unnatural lifespan, living to the age of at least 110 while still looking 30. This is the primary reason Fabricants target them.

* NeverHurtAnInnocent: While No. 100 has promised to Ashibi to never take anyone's organs, Mortsafe agrees to ignore her only for as long as no human is hurt during their Fabricant hunts.

** [[spoiler: Ashibi's HealingFactor is revealed to be limited by Mortsafe's leader in a flashback. If he's injured enough, eventually the genes that make his family long lived will run its course and he'll heal like a normal person. Which also means that he'll have no leverage with No. 100.]]
* ObfuscatingStupidity: The personality of a fussy and clumsy caretaker that No. 100 displays when around Ashibi is intent for nothing but to keep him safe, satisfied, and amenable to her. The moment he is out of sight, or that something that actually interfere with what she wants happens, she will drop the act and act like the predatorial, self-serving, and dangerous Fabricant she is.
* OnePersonOnePower: All Fabricants have one organ they can bring special abilities from.

* ShapeshifterGuiltTrip: The {{Shapeshift|ing}}er Fabricant lures in humans by transforming into their loved ones.

* StarterVillain: No. 12 is the enemy Fabricant of the first chapter and is killed effortlessly without getting to use his enchanced legs for combat.

* UnwantedRescue: Luka initially kidnaps Ashibi to give him a chance at a normal life away from No. 100. Ashibi refuses since he's already resolved himself to hunting down the Fabricants and draws his own blood to have No. 100 rescue him back.

* WakeUpCallBoss: No. 33 is one of the few who've managed to escape the mansion with a body part of a Yao family member. Despite his relatively low number, he's the first one to be as strong as No 100 and to show regenerative abilities, which other Yao Fabricants are said to share.

** A simple downward strike of Minmin's nunchucks is enough to shoot up chunks of the Earth and has Aishibi wondering if she's as strong as No. 100.

** Luka calls out Mortsafe's leader for sending Ashibi to eliminate Roxy since [[spoiler:it resulted in her death, a human's,]] and says it could have been handled better without that result.

* AttackingThroughYourself: A variation. [[spoiler:Roxy is suddenly stabbed through the back by her beloved Fabricant partner to sneak attack No. 100 after just a whiff of Ashibi's blood]]. It serves to highlight the lengths a Fabricant will go just to perfect their body.

* BadSamaritan: No. 33 raises orphan kids from the streets, only to harvest their eyes once they're healthy and disposes of them. Some of them [[spoiler:have figured it out and didn't mind due to their miserable background, but he was unable to figure out why are they thanking him]].

* ChillyReception: The major Mortsafe agents don't take well to Ashibi joining their organization for different reasons, though Huge claims it's the general attitude for accepting new combatants.

** Hugo dislikes Ashibi at first because Hugo himself is inwardly a CowardlyLion and [[PsychologicalProjection assumes Ashibi is just going to hide behind No. 100]]. He changes his tune once he witnesses Ashibi risk his own life against No. 33.

* CutLexLuthorACheck: Despite not being a Fabricant, [[spoiler:Roxy is fine with being an assistant to a Fabricant serial killer and even sympathizes with him, as long she herself can be on stage]]. When asked by Ashibi why couldn't she try anything else, she replies she finds nothing wrong in pursuing her dream. Still, Ashibi makes it clear she's not a target and [[spoiler:she [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone realizes their wrongdoings]] before dying]].

* HumanAllAlong: Ashibi was prepared to take down [[spoiler:Roxy]] assuming she's a Fabricant. She's only an accomplice, and Mortsafe knew about it, but wanted him to experience facing human enemies and how Fabricants treat them. Her [[spoiler:not having stitches]] is an early hint.

* RedemptionEqualsDeath: As [[spoiler:Roxy and her Fabricant are bleeding out, the former]] realizes she has robbed many people of her dreams for the sake of her own, and sings as herself for the first time before passing.

* SmartPeoplePlayChess: {{Subverted|Trope}}. Ashibi sees the chessboard in the Mortsafe leader's room and assumes she respects intelligence, but the board is there to showcase the predictability and control that she wants as TheChessmaster.

* ArrogantKungFuGuy: Ashibi and 100 are teamed up with Hugo, who is more experienced, normally angry, and thinks Ashibi isn't worth being in Mortsafe despite what the leader says, because of the difference in their backgrounds and lack of combat skills. Hugo warms up to Ashibi shortly, after realizing Ashibi does put his life on the line.

* AttackItsWeakPoint: All Fabricants have a crystal heart somewhere in their body. Mortsafe's badges that serve as proof of human idendity make these cores glow on contact with a Fabricant. Normally it doesn't matter and No. 100 didn't even know about these cores, but for Fabricants that have stolen Yao flesh, destroying the core is the only way to bypass their [[HealingFactor regenerative abilities]].

* BigBad: The Doctor's assistant, Fabricant No. 1, is the one who helps other Fabricants complete their OrganTheft. Being the only one with the special surgical skills and personally knowing all others, Mortsafe believes if he's taken down, the Fabricants will be unable to hunt humans.

* DealWithTheDevil: When the rest of the Yao family was slaughtered, Ashibi made an open offer to surrender his body when he turns 18 on the condition that all the Fabricants are wiped out. No. 100 accepted and has been taking care of him since.

* DrivesLikeCrazy: Luka drives and turns at such high speeds, to Ashibi it looks as if they teleport around the town.

* LackOfEmpathy: Despite having a sister-like bond, being each other's SecretKeeper for three years, and understanding each other's motives, [[spoiler:Roxy's Fabricant partner stabs her in the back the moment their secret is up and Asihbi looks more interesting to her]], further proving that Fabricants can't live with humans.

* TheLostLenore: Ashibi remembers his sister shielding him every time he thinks of why he protects humans.

* MagicIsAMonsterMagnet: Ashibi's superior Yao blood attracts nearby Fabricants if he scratches his arm with a sharp ring or bites himself. At this point, they can't leave even if they want to until Ashibi is dead. For No. 100 it instead works like an SOS signal.
