** Zahid smokes a lot of weed. At one point it almost costs him his job after his boss catches him several times smoking on Techtropolis property, until Sam lies that he smokes it for his autism. During the fourth season, Zahid and Sam come to an agreement in the apartment that they share that Zahid won't smoke weed around Sam's tortoise Edison. Later, Doug and Elsa arrives at the apartment when Sam and Zahid aren't home and Elsa finds a huge jar of weed, which she confiscates. Later, Doug returns the jar back to Zahid, who gives him a joint that he and Elsa share back at home.
** Elsa, to a lesser extent. In the first season while having her affair with Nick, she reluctantly takes hits off of his bong and later lets it slip to the mom of someone on Casey's track team about Casey's tentative move to the Claymore private school; this results in all of Casey's team being mad at her as she is their star runner, and her leaving would jeopardize the entire team.
