Its effect on Eddy makes him motherly and causes him to think that a suitcase used for their scam is his infant son, named "Casey Jr.". As he changes Casey's diaper, he inadvertently makes Ed dispose of the scam they were going to pull.
* In the short "Every Dog's Guide to Complete Home Safety" which follows a safety obsessed dog who has been adopted by an accident prone family, features a scene of the dog getting diapered when he tries to stop the baby from crawling away.
* Happens from time-to-time in ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'', which comes as no surprise since [[EnfantTerrible Stewie]] is a baby and [[HandicappedBadass Joe]] is a paraplegic. ** Before the series' [[AccidentalPun change]], one episode featured the Crimson Chin taking care of his girlfriend's baby niece that feature many jokes relating to this trope.

** In "Any Given Sundae", Lily invokes this by deliberately soiling her diaper so that Lynn Sr. will pull over to change her and she can get ice cream from the gas station.
** In "The Crying Dame", Lily's siblings steal her annoying toy during a diaper change.
** In the parody of "The Twelve Days of Christmas", Lynn Sr. sings, "Eleven smelly diapers" while changing Lily.
* Disney's ''WesternAnimation/MickeyMouseClubhouse'' has an entire episode of Goofy transforming into a baby and having the cast take care of him. The first thing they do is put him in a diaper.

When Carrot Cake does it, he does it with a father's experience, but Pinkie Pie's ends with ''her wearing both diapers'', which nopony else wears for a short time. For extra disgust, since the characters are ponies and don't have hands, they must change the diapers with their mouth.
* ''The New Woody Woodpecker Show'' episode, "Baby Buzzard" has a scene where Woody has to change a [[Main/PaperThinDisguise poorly disguised]] Buzz Buzzard. Since Woody forgot to buy clean diapers before starting his babysitting service, he resorts to using a piece of wallpaper as a diaper, then the parlor room curtains when the former doesn't work.
* Happens twice with Baby Pac-Man in the ''WesternAnimation/PacManAndTheGhostlyAdventures'' episode, "Pac to the Future". The first time is when his mother changes him. Peter, Ray, Winston, and Slimer proceed to change Egon’s diaper together. This leads to the diaper being wrapped around Egon and Peter claims that "it’s perfect for a mummy".
* When ''WesternAnimation/RenAndStimpy'' trade places with twin babies, the kids' mother checks their diapers and praises Stimpy for "making poopies".
* The ''WesternAnimation/RoliePolieOlie'' film, "The Baby Bot Chase", features two alien babies that come from a Nursery in Space. The movie is filled with humor of this nature, from the parents changing the babies to even showing off a diapering robot on said Nursery.

** The first episode of the series opens up with this with Didi changing Tommy's diaper right before his Birthday Party.
** One of the earlier episodes features Didi bringing Tommy in for the class she is substitute teaching. A scene occurs where she has a student change Tommy's diaper as a parenting example but nobody is willing until the [[CoolShades cool guy with sunglasses]] (a parody of [[Series/HappyDays The Fonz]]) does so. Turns out he has a baby brother at home and is quite used to it.
** In the episode, "Baby Maybe", the babies fall for one of Angelica's tricks and intentionally misbehave to avoid being adopted by Tommy's Aunt Elaine and Uncle Ben. Elaine tries to cheer them up by moving the scheduled diaper change up from 12:45 to 11:30. During the diaper change, Tommy, Phil, and Lil try to run away. When Elaine catches Phil, she tosses his used diaper aside, which lands on the face of Ben, who assists her with the powder.
** Dil gets his diaper changed in the episodes, "Dil Saver", "Dil We Meet Again", and "Hold the Pickles".
** In a special episode about autumn time, Phil and Lil are seen being diapered by their mother. What she puts them in are ultra-sized diapers, which prevents them from even being able to stand up due to how huge they are. They turn back to normal before the episode's end.
* Happens occasionally with Maggie in ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons''.
* The Smurfs' refusal to change Baby Smurf's diaper is what kicks off the plot of ''WesternAnimation/TheSmurfs2021'' episode "Diaper Daddy", when Handy creates the robot nanny Smurf for doing the task.

When it comes time to change Chumley's diaper, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles try to talk Amy into doing it for them, but she outright refuses, and insists they do it themselves. They all do so themselves, dressed in space suits. Unfortunately, not long after they change Chumley's diaper, [[HereWeGoAgain they have to change it again]].

Early in it, it is revealed that Patrick noticed it needed and promptly put the scallop in a diaper. How'd he know? [[GooGooGetup Because he wears diapers himself]]. [[NegativeContinuity Apparently]]...
** Also in "Squid Baby", Squidward suffers a concussion and acts like a baby, when Spongebob takes him to work, it grosses out the customers when he needs to be changed.
