Several characters in-universe have remarked on how cute he is, and he seems to have become Mando's MoralityPet.

The Cutie is a character who is known for being sweet and lovable, a fountain of SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments, more comic relief than anything, who likes nothing more than to pet little creatures.
