Either way, blue hair is [[YouGottaHaveBlueHair very common in fiction]], particularly in {{anime}}, and if the character has ElementalPowers, they are probably MakingASplash as AnIcePerson. Because of this, they are often paired with, or contrasted with, [[FieryRedhead a redhead]] or someone [[FireIceDuo with fire powers]] or [[RedOniBlueOni a very strong and passionate personality]].
