Remember that {{Robosexual}} is a popular trope all by itself, so in many stories it can be natural to expect a romantic turn sooner or later. Sometimes, writers who emphasize a robot's developing interpersonal relationship can [[RelationshipWritingFumble Fumble]] it up, making friendship or what-have-you seem like something more. RoboShip pairings tend to run into some problems due to WhatMeasureIsANonHuman and FanDumb, so expect the same amount of DieForOurShip as you would with a normal coupling.

Hitoshi Ariga's ''[[Manga/MegaManMegamix Megamix]]'' manga even made it canon for that particular continuity. It's only problem: it also is FoeYay, since Roll is a Light robot, and Forte is a Wily robot that hates Mega Man, who is Roll's brother.
