** [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean Jolyne Cujoh]], daughter of Jotaro Kugo and the sixth [=JoJo=], takes after her father in that aspect, right down to spouting his "ORAORAORAORAORAORA!" {{Kiai}} with her Stand, Stone Free.

* ''VideoGame/MitsumeteKnight'' has a [[IncrediblyLamePun Rapid Fire Spear Thrusts]] variation with enemy spear-wielding General [[FragileSpeedster Nescelaria]] [[RedBaron of the Gale]], who uses this as his LimitBreak.

* Scrambler of the ''Literature/WhateleyUniverse'' has done this [[IncrediblyLamePun repeatedly]] in her martial arts classes at [[SuperheroSchool Whateley Academy]], but she only has normal strength so it's pretty useless against someone like Phase or Golden Girl.

* ''VideoGame/StarOceanTillTheEndOfTime'' has Cliff Fittir and his Fist Of Fury. His partner, Mirage Koas, has a similar move called Infinity Kick. It might not use her hands, but it's still unarmed combat, so it deserves a mention.

** Chun Li and her famous Lightning Legs AKA "Hyakuretsu Kyaku" (''Hundred Rending Legs'') where she repeatedly kicks her opponent from a tilted standing position with incredible speed.
*** Her Thousand Legs AKA "Senretsukyaku" (''Thousand Rending Legs'').
*** Seth from ''VideoGame/StreetFighterIV'' has an upgraded version of Chun Li's Lightning Legs that strikes so fast all the player sees is one swing of his leg followed by the bursts of several hits.
** Edmond Honda's Hundred Hands Slap AKA "Hyakuretsu Harite" (''Hundred Rending Handslaps'') . This one's particularly dangerous as Honda can move forward while using it, allowing him to keep hitting his opponent as they get knocked backward until they're trapped on the edge of the screen.

** One on the ending attacks of Adon's Jaguar Varied Assault Super Combo is called "Thousand Jaguars", which is very similar to Joe Higashi's Bakuretsu Ken of Fatal Fury fame.

** BruceLeeClone Fei Long deserves mention for his second Ultra introduced in ''Super Street Fighter IV'' a la the Gekirinken (Imperial Wrath/Inverted Scale Fist). It's a CounterAttack that (once an attack is intercepted) begins with this and ends with the One Inch Punch.

** [[BareFistedMonk Kensei]] can turn his unfortunate target into his personal punching bag if he gets particularly aggressive. He delivers such a powerful barrage to a [[GiantMook Gillian]] that it ''explodes'', and much later delivers a similar beating to [=PePe=] Waccabrada before [[PunchedAcrossTheRoom sending him flying into a building]].

** Kensei can turn his unfortunate target into his personal punching bag if he gets particularly aggressive.

* ''VideoGame/{{Onmyoji}}'': Itsumade's basic skill consists of her delivering multiple melee hits.

* Liberally used in the ''Film/IpMan'' [[Film/IpManFilmSeries film series]] by the titular hero.
** TruthInTelevision -- kinda. Linking multiple straight punches in quick succession -- also known as [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin chain punching]] - is one of the cornerstones of UsefulNotes/WingChun, the southern Chinese martial art of which the RealLife Ip Man was a master. However, in practice students are advised to keep it to short bursts: it's impossible to maintain the initial striking power beyond a certain point (not to mention the risk of interruption), and to prolong it further is dangerous and impractical.
** ''Film/IpMan2'' takes it to a new level with ''VideoGame/GodHand''-esque pummel duels.

* Stanley Ipkiss does this in ''Film/TheMask'' when fighting Dorian.
* The fight between Neo and Agent Smith in ''Film/TheMatrix'' features Smith slamming Neo against the wall and {{spam attack}}ing him with blurred-arm, rib-cracking body blows. Later, Neo returns the favor by using this technique to ''block'' Smith's attacks.
** Smith did it to Morpheus first in the bathroom scene.

* [[OurVampiresAreDifferent Otto Chriek]] during the climax of ''[[Literature/{{Discworld}} The Truth]]''. Described in the text as having fists that blurred into invisibility as he pummeled a man like a punching bag.

* Hitmonchan, a boxing monster from ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}''; according to the Pokedex in the original games, when it looks like it's just standing around, it's because its actually throwing ''mind-bogglingly lightning-fast'' volleys of punches (likely represented by Comet Punch).

** The Pokemon Machamp is frequently described in the Pokedex as an instance of this, like claiming it can throw 1000 punches in 2 seconds. [[GameplayAndStorySegregation We see little evidence of this in the games themselves]], except in ''VideoGame/PokkenTournament'', where its [[LimitBreak Synergy Burst Attack]] does indeed deal 1000 hits with nearly-invisible punches.

** Taken further in the [[Anime/{{Pokemon}} anime]] and ''Manga/PokemonAdventures'' with all three Hitmons. Hitmonlee's legbands are even implied to actually be springlike...

* The ''Anime/{{Pokemon}}'' Hitmonchan is able to do this, and one in the anime uses it to mercilessly pummel Pikachu in one instance.

* Yoshimitsu in ''VideoGame/{{Tekken}}'' and ''VideoGame/SoulSeries'' games has a [[SpectacularSpinning spinning]] standing slap combo, a crouched version and finally a leg sweep one.
** Slightly averted in that, after the sixth of any such attack, Yoshimitsu becomes dizzy and falls over.

* In an episode of ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsCloneWars'', Mace Windu and a battalion of clone troopers are surprised by a large Trade Federation siege weapon which is effectively a gigantic ShockwaveStomp device. When he loses his saber in the chaos that ensues, he proceeds to physically beat several [[EliteMook Super Battle Droids]] to pieces with his bare hands, including several bouts of Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs that are so effective that they sound like heavy repeating blaster fire, with similar effect.

* Hak Foo did this in ''WesternAnimation/JackieChanAdventures'' against Captain Black when he was wearing an Oni mask. Captain Black, to [[WorfEffect emphasize how badass the mask had made him]], blocked all of them. Easily.

* ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeagueUnlimited'' had ComicBook/TheFlash raining down who knows how many punches thrown at SuperSpeed on the downed [[spoiler: Luther/Brainiac fusion]] near the end of the second season.
** It's also worth noting that, in order to build up enough of a head start, he [[spoiler:''repeatedly ran around the world at super speed.'']]
** Flash [[spoiler:actually Lex in his body]] also knocks out Doctor Fate with this once.

* In ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'', Pinkie Pie's sister Maud demolishes a ''boulder in mid-fall'' into pebbles with rapidfire hooficuffs.

* In ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'' Garnet is prone to this, being the most hands on physical fighter out of the Crystal Gems, the best example is in episode 26 Ocean Gem when she's having a MirrorMatch.

* ''WesternAnimation/YoungJustice'':
** In the episode "Usual Suspects", Superboy does this to Mammoth while under the influence of the [[HourofPower Shield patches]].

*** The Boss of Passione, [[spoiler:Diavolo]] generally averts this trope, preferring to use a [[MegatonPunch single devastating strike]] that leaves [[ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice a hole in his opponents' chest]], but he's capable of it as well.

** [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureSteelBallRun Johnny Joestar]], the seventh [=JoJo=] averts this for most of the story up until his Stand Tusk reaches its final evolution, ACT 4. Cue him punching the living daylights out of his opponent. Although he's meant to be the counterpart of Jonathan, he still uses Jotaro and Jolyne's "ORAORAORAORAORAORA!" to boot.
** [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureJoJolion Josuke "Gappy" Higashikata]], the eighth [=JoJo=], is also capable of this, frequently using it with Jotaro, Jolyne and Johnny's famous {{Kiai}}.

** The most famous two users of this ability are DIO Brando and [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Jotaro Kujo]], who both have their own [[{{Kiai}} oft-parodied battle cries]] ("MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!" and "ORAORAORAORAORAORA!" respectively).
** [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureBattleTendency Joseph Joestar]], the second [=JoJo=], stands out for being the only [=JoJo=] who completely averts this trope, with his Stand not being a close-range puncher.

*** Josuke Higashikata, Joseph's son, screams "DORARARARA!" while pummeling his opponents to a bloody pulp.
*** Koichi Hirose's Stand Echoes, after evolving to its third act, pummels Sheer Heart Attacks with a series of punches before immobilizing it with its 3 Freeze ability.
*** Yoshikage Kira's Stand Killer Queen is capable of this as well, though he isn't as fast as Josuke's Crazy Diamond. He used it, for example, to ward off Shigeshi's Stand Harvest.

*** Giorno Giovanna probably has the most triumphant and ridiculous example ever when utterly destroying the sadist Cioccolatta. Seven and a half straight pages (30 seconds in the anime) of "MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!" punctuated by a single page of "WRYYYYYY!" Just in case anyone forgot whose son he was.
*** Bruno Bucciarati screams "ARIARIARIARI!" whenever he beats down his opponents into pieces with his Stand Sticky Fingers, capping it off with "Arrivederci".
*** [[spoiler:Trish Una yells "WANNABEEEE!" as she repeatedly punches a door with her Stand Spice Girl.]]
*** The Boss[[spoiler:, true name Diavolo]], generally averts this trope, preferring to [[MegatonPunch one-punch]] [[ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice a hole in his opponents' chest]], but he's capable of it as well.

** [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Jonathan Joestar]], the original [=JoJo=], is no exception to the family's legacy. In fact, he is the only one in the entire series without a Stand that can do this.

* ''Anime/TheSevenDeadlySins'': The closing credits for the first half of season 1 feature Ban hitting Meliodas with a machine-gun punch. It shows up for real in Episode 11 when Ban and Meliodas are fighting in the Vaizel Fighting Festival.

* In ''Manga/BlackClover'', [[WorldsStrongestWoman Mereoleona]] engages in this when she fights against Vetto. Then she switches tactics and lets him exploit an opening before repaying the one punch Vetto lands [[MegatonPunch with interest]].
