* Too-Dee Boy, sidekick to the superhero Mr Invincible (Definitely not to be confused with another ''ComicBook/{{Invincible}}'') has the ability to ignore the third dimension (that is, depth) - he can pick up and manipulate things like cars, buildings and people in the far distance since they appear very small but easily within arm's reach to him. Unfortunately he's a bit careless and tends to put things down in the wrong place... or rather, at the wrong depth, resulting in them getting disastrously scaled-up or down in the process.

* In the ''Rocketjump'' video [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWQGkNjbWGY "Keep Off The Grass"]], the gardener grabs the sun out of the sky and throws it down at his enemy as a huge fireball. Ironically, it ends up destroying the grass he tried to protect. Along with everything else.

# Distance is relative: The house that looks like it's two leagues away is really just on the other end of the same page, walking "on the page" they can go there in a few steps.

* In the ''Series/DoctorWho'' story "The Robots of Death", the Doctor tells Leela that that this is the principle that enables the TARDIS to be much BiggerOnTheInside than it is on the outside. How serious an explanation this is, no-one knows. It makes perfect sense as long as he has a black hole somewhere inside the TARDIS; later dubbed the "[[http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Eye_of_Harmony Eye of Harmony]]". So Time Lords HandWave black hole husbandry, not conventional physics.

* During the season 2 finale of ''WesternAnimation/TheOwlHouse'', the Collector moves [[spoiler:''the moon'']] by just reaching out and swiping at it, much like dragging something on a touch-screen. Unusually, this is PlayedForDrama because the feat is ''completely literal''. The sheer gulf between that casual action and the object's actual size illustrates that, despite the Collector's childishness, he's a terrifyingly powerful RealityWarper, capable of magic far beyond anyone else.

* Weaponized in ''Manga/MissKobayashisDragonMaid'' by Telne, who knows a spell that lets her freely manipulate the environment around her according to her point of view (to the point that simply swiping her finger will part the clouds). We even get to see what it looks like from an outsider's perspective, as clapping her hands on [[spoiler:Tohru and Elma]] during their fight results in the two nearly being crushed by a pair of massive hands.
