Most male character with extra chest accessories fall under the SisterTrope TripleNipple.

Any female character with more than two breasts. The term originated (or at least, was popularised) by ''WebVideo/TheFundayPawpetShow'''s Simba, whose character, Arthur Bronswager, sings the parody song "Total Recallin'", which contains the line, "[[BestKnownForTheFanservice The best part was the girl with three breasts]]."

This is fairly common in parts of the UsefulNotes/FurryFandom, mainly due to this being TruthInTelevision for most mammals. It's worth noting that this is almost exclusively done with female breasts--you'll probably never see a male furry with more than two nipples (unless this is a transgender or intersex person with breasts), even if he is in the same drawing as a female with more than two.

If it's a male character with extra equipment, you've got a TripleNipple.

* Due to Captain Hero's tampering with the time stream in the ''WesternAnimation/DrawnTogether'' episode "Terms of Endearment" results in the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE becoming humanoids composed entirerly of breasts.

* ''VideoGame/SturmFrontTheMutantWar'' has a giant purple-skinned mutant woman boss, the Bossom Breed Mistress, who have three jiggling boobies. Kill her and your character will exclaim, "Shake your boobs!"

* In ''VideoGame/WingCommander: The Secret Missions''[[note]]the first add-on for the original game[[/note]] the Kilrathi priestess conducting the Sivar Eshrad ceremony on Firekka is shown with three sets of breasts, covered by a three-part bikini top type affair. [[note]] Later, in the intro to ''Prophecy'', the Kilrathi image is drawn with a single pair of human style breasts.[[/note]]

** During TheStinger, Roz receives a gift - a multi-boobed ''bra''. When she puts in on in amusement, her co-workers outside the booth start bowing, saying (as anyone with any level of lip-reading can see), "All hail Rozalinda!"

* In the Hungarian animated film ''Animation/RubenBrandtCollector'' a female character named Marina is revealed to have three breasts in one scene where she shown bathing naked. She also has two faces.

* Sported by a mutant hooker in ''Film/TotalRecall1990''. The [[Film/TotalRecall2012 2012 remake]] has her [[TheArtifact too]] (apparently due to deliberate body modification rather than radiation) and even reuses the "three hands" joke.

* Franchise/StarWars:

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Metalocalypse}}'': In the Dethklok music video [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYJPz5SIVAk "Castratikron"]], the [[IncrediblyLamePun titular]] monster is a Medusa-like creature with six breasts.

* ''WebOriginal/LoomingGaia'': Roshava have four arms, and four pectoral muscles to support them. Naturally, this means that roshava women have four breasts.

** The show is TropeNamer through an off the cuff remark turned CatchPhrase by castmember Simba, althought it took a very long time for any multiboobed characters to actually appear.

* There actually is a porn movie named ''[[{{Pun}} Triceratits]]'', but then [[RuleThirtyFour there would]] have to be, now wouldn't there?

* ''Animation/{{Gandahar}}'' has BizarreAlienBiology with numerous breasts on a woman.

** Supplementary material extends this to other species: Wookies, Like Askajians have six breasts, Gran have three, and Gamorreans sometimes had up to four ''pairs''.

* The bizarre [[http://www.zeldawiki.org/Oocca Oocca]] from ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaTwilightPrincess'', which look like chickens except for their UncannyValley-ish human faces and their multiple sets of breasts (with ''exposed nipples'', no less).

* In the ''Series/MysteryScienceTheater3000'' riff of ''Film/Werewolf1996'', Crow comments that [[BuxomIsBetter big boobed]] Werewolf!Natalie will probably have three rows of breasts. Servo gives a combination {{Squee}} / {{Squick}} noise, saying, "I don't know how to feel about that."

* The large dancer in Jabba's Palace in ''Film/ReturnOfTheJedi'' was a six-breasted Askajian.

* ''WesternAnimation/HarleyQuinn'': While going through the pockets of an unconscious [[ComicBook/JohnConstantine]], Harley finds an autographed photo of a six-breasted succubus. She comments that she has all three of the bras the succubus is wearing.
