* Wilhelm Burgdorf from ''Film/{{Downfall}}''. The way he talks and rants throughout the film became a subject of a joke among those who make ''Downfall'' parodies, which earned him the nickname "fast-ranting boozing Burgdorf".
* MotorMouth is a common symptom among characters in 1930s/40s movies. Films like ''GreenForDanger'' feature characters who rapidly bounce back and forth in conversations with one another, rattling off dialogue without ever stumbling over their words or having to pause for thought. It never noticed by the other characters (who often speak with equal velocity).

* MotorMouth Maybelle of ''Theatre/{{Hairspray}}'' is a notable and obvious example. Doubly so in the 2006 movie: while all her costars had difficulties with the speed of the finale "You Can't Stop the Beat", Queen Latifah (who played Maybelle) had no trouble, citing the fact that she's a rapper.

* In the ''Literature/WarriorCats'' book ''Crookedstar's Promise'', Crookedstar's apprentice Sedgepaw speaks rapidly, to the point that he asks her to slow down and she even admits that she talks too much... before continuing to "chatter like a blackbird" in more run-on sentences.
* Tahiri in the Franchise/StarWarsExpandedUniverse was like this as a kid and young teenager; her best friend Anakin Solo even noted that her presence in the Force felt like someone talking very fast without pausing for breath. Following a SplitPersonalityMerge and becoming a HalfHumanHybrid of sorts (long story) she became somewhat quieter, albeit still with a playfully snarky sense of humor.
* Mac from the ''Literature/WaysideSchool'' books would often tell long, pointless stories in class that had little to do with what Mrs. Jewels' lecture was about. It would get so bad, Mrs. Jewels would run out of time, forcing her to assign the lesson as homework. If your Motor Mouth character tends to talk [[SlicesDicesAndMakesJulienneFries like they're in]] [[OfferVoidInNebraska an infomercial]] (and they're not actually selling anything), then they probably SpeaksInShoutOuts as well. In comics, WallOfText and WallOfBlather are common.
