**WesternAnimation/MonstersInc: Randall Boggs. Although the writers were clearly trying to get the audience to root against him, he's one of Pixar's most popular villains thanks to Creator/SteveBuscemi's performance.
**WesternAnimation/FindingNemo: Darla and her uncle. She may be a BrattyHalfPint and he may have been responsible for separating Nemo from his dad, but they're both just so damn entertaining to watch.
**WesternAnimation/TheIncredibles:
*** Despite being a mass-murdering sociopath, many people tend to be fascinated by Syndrome's style, characterization, and overt hamminess.
*** Though Gilbert Huph was clearly intended to be despised by the audience, his hammy tantrums make him so amusing to watch, it helps he was voiced by Wallace Shawn (aka Rex from Toy Story).
*** In the bonus features, Gamma Jack comes across as a borderline HateSink in the NASA Files, but his name, powers, success in defeating a past Omnidroid, and a bit of humor in his Audio File make him memorable and notable to fans.
**WesternAnimation/Ratatouille:
*** Skinner's such an absolute jerk that you can't help but laugh at his over the top villainy and the abuse he rightfully endured throughout the film. And that's not even getting into Creator/IanHolm's delectable performance.
*** Anton Ego is a snobby CausticCritic who the heroes have to overcome, but his incredible theatricality and effortlessly intimidating nature makes him very fun to watch. Bonus points for proving to be a good man deep down and being played to perfection by Creator/PeterOToole.
**WesternAnimation/WallE: AUTO for being a WellIntentionedExtremist, bthat the audience finds to be entertaining to watch.
**WesternAnimation/Up: Charles Muntz. Sure, he lost his mind, is implied to have killed several tourists out of paranoia, and attempted to kill his biggest fan and a child all because of a bird, but many fans couldn't help but feel sorry for him, while at the same time finding him an engaging villain.
**WesternAnimation/Coco: Ernesto De La Cruz manages to be both charismatic and totally ruthless, without breaking previously established characterization, and putting his previous scenes into a new light. Making him one of the twists villains that the audience considers to be better executed.
**WesternAnimation/Luca: Ercole is a narcissistic jackass of a bully who is despised by the whole town for his condescending personality and treatment of the kids, but he is also incredibly funny and entertaining.

*Creator/Pixar
** Franchise/ToyStory:
*** WesternAnimation/ToyStory1: Sid Phillips. He may be a creepy Jerkass but he's just so entertaining to watch.
*** WesternAnimation/ToyStory2: Prospector and Al [=McWhiggin=], the BigBadDuumvirate of the film. Both of them come off as more sympathetic than intended, with Al in particular also being laughable and entertaining as a FatSlob.
*** WesternAnimation/ToyStory3: Lotso. He has a sad backstory (although it does little to empathize his actions), he is by all means the toy version of a dictator or a mob boss, Creator/NedBeatty's voice acting is pretty good, and don't even get us started on the incinerator scene. He's regarded by many to be the darkest yet most memorable Creator/Pixar villain out there.
*** "WesternAnimation/ABugsLife: Hopper manages to be both incredibly charismatic and incredibly menacing, making many viewers view him as a cool antagonist they find him to be a charismatic, cunning, menacing threat.

* Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is great as a babyface, and superb as a heel. He's famously one the greatest and most charismatic talkers in wrestling in large part due to his sharp wit and having a hilarious comeback to everyone around him, and as a heel, he gets to take it out on the fans, and it produces some of the loudest outrage you'll ever hear near the ring. From his run as Hollywood Rock from the early 2000's to the Final Boss Rock of the early 2020's, his smug, despicable behavior draws heat in the best way possible, and fans eat up every minute of it.

** WesternAnimation/Megamind has Hal Stewart aka Titan, a PsychopathicManchild who creeps on his coworker Roxanne and flat-out tries to kill her once she makes clear that she isn't interested and tries to stop him. He's a popular character for being both an innovative idea for a BigBad, his mindset becoming more and more repulsive as time goes on, and the fact that his fake adorkability actually being incredibly creepy is played 100% straight from the very beginning, something which is still not seen all that often.

* Franchise/FiveNightsAtFreddys: William Afton is a horrific CompleteMonster and HateSink no doubt about it, yet he's more often than not beloved by the game's fanbase for kickstarting the events of the series and being a terrifying and all-too-real depiction of a child SerialKiller. Although he arguably suffers from VillainDecay later on, his presence in the series remains unforgettable.
