* The Fatalis of ''VideoGame/MonsterHunter'' is a traditional Western dragon with a very slim set of proportions. And given that it's TheDreaded among ''literally everything that exists'', [[MisanthropeSupreme hates humans]], and has incinerated an ''entire kingdom'', it's ''very'' mean.

* Tom from WebVideo/TheCartoonShow isn't ''mean'' exactly, but all the other characters are BigFun while he's skinny and grouchy.

But when Arthur suddenly appears in the present day and decides to run for Mayor of New York, she not only becomes evil but thin again.

Of course, this is a subversion -- frosty and intimidating as he is to most of the people he meets, he is still the Doctor and at hearts is a CreepyGood AntiHero.
