* ''Manga/ZatchBell'': When the horse Mamodo Ponygon is first introduced, he easily gets along with Zatch, Tia, and all of Kiyo's classmates... but has an instant dislike of Kiyo.

* ''WesternAnimation/TheAmazingWorldOfGumball'': Gumball is generally a JerkWithAHeartOfGold, but despises [[IncorruptiblePurePureness Alan]] and takes every opportunity to abuse him. Gumball will occasionally acknowledge having [[IrrationalHatred no good reason to hate Alan]], but keep doing it anyway as [[TallPoppySyndrome he hates that Alan is a kinder, more generous person than he could ever be]].

** Inverted with Jimmy. He is a sweet guy to all the neighborhood kids, but he can't stand the Eds. This is justified due to the pain the trio put him through with their scams, especially with the bullying he gets from Eddy. So in some episodes, he's a BitchInSheepsClothing towards them.

* In ''WesternAnimation/TheProudFamily'', Suga Mama is nice to everybody, but she can't seem to stand her son Oscar.

* ''WesternAnimation/SouthPark'': Resident sociopath Eric Cartman is a jerk to everyone but he likes to rip on Kyle more than everyone else, especially for being Jewish (and the hatred is mutual). Although in the first few seasons it was often Kenny that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kus7v4qlWe0 Cartman would single out for unprovoked prejudice]].

* ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'': In "Magic Duel", Trixie returns to Ponyville and torments Twilight's friends to provoke her into duelling her. She turns Spike into a ball, enlarges one of Rainbow Dash's wings, puts Rarity in a tacky dress, and deletes Pinkie Pie's mouth. Twilight accepts the challenge, and Trixie undoes the spells... except for Pinkie's mouth. [[AbortedArc And no, it's never brought up again;]] [[EasilyForgiven In Season 6 and 7 episodes after this one, Pinkie and Trixie can be seen standing right next to each other without any acknowledgement of how Trixie treated her.]]

** Then there's Homer infamous dislike of his good-natured, religious neighbor, Ned Flanders.

* One episode of ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'' ("Black Eyed Please") has as its B-Plot Lisa getting a substitute teacher (Ms. Cantrell, voiced by Creator/TinaFey) , that turns Lisa's school life into a living hell while treating all of the other kids at her class well.

** Jimmy is a sweet guy to all the neighborhood kids, but he can't stand the Eds. This is justified due to the pain the trio put him through with his scams, especially with the bullying he gets from Eddy. So in some episodes, he's a BitchInSheepsClothing towards them.

* ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'': [[spoiler:Ford Pines]] is a CoolOldGuy to be around, and is enthusiastic about oddities. But his treatment towards his brother Stan is a different story, as he held a grudge towards Stan for an incident that happened years ago, and had refused to acknowledge all the good deeds Stan had done.

* ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'': [[Spoiler:Ford Pines]] is a CoolOldGuy to be around and is enthustiastic regarding anything related to oddity. But his treatment of his brother Stan is a different story, holding on a grudge for ruining his college over something that should have been over a long time ago and refuses to acknowledge all the good that he had done.

* ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'': Ford Pines seemed like a NiceGuy and CoolUncle to be around and is enthustiastic regarding anything related to oddity. But his treatment of his brother Stanley is a different story, this guy keeps holding on a grudge for ruining his college over something that should have been over a long time ago and refuses to acknowledge all the good that he had done, best shown at his declaration to evict his brother, right after spending 30 years to save him all because such attempt nearly brought about the end of the world.

* Angelica bullies all the babies in ''{{WesternAnimation/Rugrats}}'', but seems to take special fondness in picking on Chuckie, the NervousWreck of the group.

** Sarah is shown to be unpleasant and bat-tempered to the other kids, except for Jimmy, Nazz, and Edd (whom she has a crush on(. The two people she horrible to the most are Ed, his brother, and Eddy.

* ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy'': Kevin is often seen by fans as the resident bully, but he actually has a good relationship with the other kids most of the time, and is mainly a jerk to the titular characters. Sometimes it's justified, other times...[[KickTheDog not so much]]. He also can tolerate Edd and (to a lesser extent) Ed, but he really hates Eddy and picks on him the most.

* ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy'': Kevin is often seen by fans as the resident bully, but he actually has a good relationship with the other kids most of the time, and is mainly a jerk to the titular characters. Sometimes it's justified, other times...[[KickTheDog not so much]]. He also can tolerate Edd and (to a lesser extent) Ed, but he really hates Eddy and picks on him the most.

** In early seasons, Stewie is an evil EnfanTerrible but is especially antagonistic towards his mother Lois and is constantly plotting ways to kill her.

* The Griffin family in ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' all devolved into particularly horrible excuses for human beings by the later points of the series, but they focus a lot of their vitriol and bullying on Meg. Lampshaded in one episode, when Meg finally has enough of their crap, the whole family starts to have a nervous breakdown due to lacking their usual "lightning rod".

* ''Series/TheOfficeUS'': Micheal comes off as an obnoxious, selfish jerk most of the time but it's mostly due to his lack of self-awareness and he really tries to get along with people. However, when it comes to Toby, he's ''never'' InnocentlyInsensitive, as he intentionally and constantly treats him like dirt for no reason.

* Helga is a complex case in ''WesternAnimation/HeyArnold'', due to her SourOutsideSadInside, she's generally curt and abrasive towards everyone, though she obsessively picks on Arnold, largely due to her crush on him that she seems unable to express in any other way. When a therapist observes her behaviour, she very quickly fathoms what's going on just by the excessive amount of time she spends harassing Arnold.

* ''Main/LuckyLuke'': In "The 20th Cavalry Regiment", the colonel's son is punished for just about everything he does, by... the colonel, his idea being to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no nepotism going on (with the occasional PetTheDog moment). Near the climax the son finally rebels and pulls a ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight, [[SoProudOfYou to the colonel's joy]], but at the end they seem to have gone back to status quo.

* Kicker of ''TransformersEnergon'' is an arrogant loudmouth all around, though his teammate Ironhide tends to get the bigger brunt of it, being ordered around, insulted and even physically abused to a degree. Perhaps due to dealing with him far less often, [[NoSympathy everyone else tends to just think it's funny]] (par Ironhide's fanboy team, Kicker's treatment lightened after a DeathGlare from one too many kicks to the shin).

* [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Sonic]] from the ''ComicBooks/SonicTheComic'' series is portrayed as a very immature and callous {{Jerkass}} to others, including his own friends, but he treats [[KidSidekick Tails]] more awfully than he does with others, as he would always insult him, belittle him, and make cruel jokes at his expense.

Comes in two different flavors

* '''Cruel To One''': The {{Jerkass}} is (relatively) nice to everyone but there is one person that they can't help but pick on. Can overlap with BitchInSheepsClothing.
* '''Crueler To One''': The {{Jerkass}} is cruel to everyone but focuses their viciousness on one target. Contrast MoralityPet.

* Alexandra Cabot tours with ''WesternAnimation/JosieAndThePussycats'' since her brother is their manager. Alexandra is a RoyalBrat who's snippy and thorny to almost everyone, but she has special guile for Josie. Josie is the band's lead singer, and also has the arm of HeroicBuild Alan Mayberry, both of which Alexandra covets. Alexandra has no qualms using sabotage and subversion upon Josie, though she avoids TheStarscream-level malice and firmly remains the TokenEvilTeammate of the group.
