The moon doesn't seem to appear at all in the casino levels of Sonic Heroes from a quick skim of a video, so I'm explaining that this is a Hang Castle thing. (Mystic Mansion is indoors. Technically the moon is visible in Robot Storm but that's the same "location" as Hang Castle.)
