* Helen Parr, aka Elastigirl, was already voluptuous in ''WesternAnimation/TheIncredibles'', having especially wide hips [[WeightWoe (much to her chagrin)]]. In the ''WesternAnimation/Incredibles2'' however she got ''even more'' curvy, attaining a bigger bust, increased muscle tone, and even broader hips. Her daughter Violet has also developed somewhat larger hips, [[JustifiedTrope likely due to puberty]].

* In ''Franchise/DoubleDragon'', token female [[WhipItGood whip-wielding]] mook Linda has gotten steadily more fanservicey. In ''1'' she had bare shoulders and wore purple, but was otherwise barely recognizable as female. In ''2'' and most of the arcade versions she was a reasonably buxom but otherwise rather butch punk with a mohawk. She was then absent until the Super Nintendo version of ''Battletoads & Double Dragon'', where she was a busty blonde in a midriff shirt and camo. Then ''Neon'' turned her into a Main/{{Dominatrix}} and upgraded the fanservice to the point of parody.

* Wolfwood in ''Manga/{{Trigun}}'' lost more and more shirt buttons as time went on, culminating in the movie released in 2010 giving him a borderline ImpossiblyLowNeckline. The 2023 reimagining ''Anime/TrigunStampede'' took things much further by removing his hooked nose, sideburns, and crow's feet, but this was not well received by most of his fans, who thought those traits were what made him attractive in the first place.

* In ''Manga/NegimaMagisterNegiMagi'', it isn't so much that the characters are getting more attractive, so much as we [[{{Pun}} *cough*]] [[FanService see more of them]] as the series progresses. The girls get more and more excuses to dress in casual/fetish clothes. Yuna explicitly undergoes a growth spurt, which becomes the source of a large amount of humor later on.

* In ''VideoGame/BlazblueCrossTagBattle'''s artwork and anime-styled trailers and intro sequences, all of the WebAnimation/{{RWBY}} heroines bar Weiss have had a bust size boost. Ruby's outfit is a slightly modified version of her Beacon saga outfit that puts more emphasis on her chest, Blake has received a bust upgrade, and Yang (who was already a really buxom MsFanservice) practically has GagBoobs by now. Amusingly, Weiss (who is fanonically depicted as having ACupAngst) has ''not'' had this treatment, and the actual in-game sprites are faithful to how they look in the show.

** Both inverted ''and'' played straight with the Nitro Squad in ''VideoGame/CrashTeamRacingNitroFueled''. Ami and Liz have their skirts lengthened, Liz's tank top is a little longer, and both are now wearing pants. On the other hand, both they and their fellow Nitro Squad members (including Tawna) come with skin-tight motorsport suits, despite having less curvy proportions overall and no bounce. Also, Ami gained some [[AmazonianBeauty muscles]], and Isabella's track suit is a little tighter and she's gotten a [[DownplayedTrope beauty]] [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking mark]]. Not to mention that as DLC characters, they're a ''[[LiteralMetaphor literal]]'' [[LiteralMetaphor fan service pack]].

* In ''VideoGame/DonkeyKong64'', Tiny Kong was a toddler in overalls, as she's Dixie Kong's ''younger'' sister. Starting with the [[UsefulNotes/NintendoDS DS]] [[UpdatedRerelease remake]] of ''VideoGame/DiddyKongRacing'', she's suddenly a teenager and sports a midriff-baring tank top and sweatpants. This "age-up" was originally done to let her reuse VideoGame/{{Banjo|Kazooie}}'s animations from the N64 version of ''Diddy Kong Racing'' without having to change the rigging, though how Dixie's younger sister suddenly looks much ''older'' than her goes unexplained in-universe.

* ''Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda'': When Creator/{{Nintendo}} was making ''[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaOcarinaOfTime Ocarina of Time]]'', they were originally going to give Link a character design similar to the one in ''[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaALinkToThePast A Link to the Past]]'' and ''[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaLinksAwakening Link's Awakening]]''. ** Doctor Orihime of ''VideoGame/MegaManStarForce 2'' developed a ''[[GagBoobs much]]'' more prominent chest in ''Ryuusei no Rock Man Tribe'', TheAnimeOfTheGame. The show never exploited them, but ''sheesh''.

* ''VideoGame/CommandAndConquerRedAlertSeries'' has Agent Tanya, a female commando who serves as the Allies' HeroUnit. In the first game her sex appeal was limited to some BareYourMidriff, then the second game cast BMovie bombshell Creator/KariWuhrer in the role, replaced Tanya's tactical vest with a tank top, and played most of her scenes for fanservice. By the third game she's literally played by [[Creator/JennyMcCarthy a former Playboy centerfold]] and looks it. ''VideoGame/CrashMindOverMutant'' gave her an even shorter shirt, along with a noticeable bust and HartmanHips. ''VideoGame/CrashBandicootNSaneTrilogy'' and ''VideoGame/CrashTeamRacingNitroFueled'' reverted her to her more childlike design, but also gave her a slight bustline. ''VideoGame/CrashBandicoot4ItsAboutTime'' inverts it once more by giving her a more slender figure. Most recently, ''VideoGame/CrashOnTheRun'' gives her a more prominent bustline.

* Nowel Diastasis of ''VideoGame/MagicalBattleArena'' seems to have gone through this in the sequel complete with BareYourMidriff, SexyBacklessOutfit and LettingHerHairDown. Come ''[=HeartGold=] and [=SoulSilver=]'', she wears a [[BareYourMidriff midriff-baring]] [[https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:HeartGold_SoulSilver_Sabrina.png ensemble]], which she would retain in ''Black 2 and White 2''. * The love interest of the titular ''VideoGame/TyTheTasmanianTiger'' is Shazza the dingo, a canine with [[HartmanHips broad hips]] and BareYourMidriff clothing. Come the second game she now wears more conservative clothing with jeans rather than short shorts, but to make up for this her hips are now even broader. In Ty 3 Shazza’s hips grew even ''bigger'' and she got an increased bust for good measure. Finally in Ty 4, her large snout was shortened and her face was made overall cuter and more human-like.

* Inverted with Angelika and Julie in ''Webcomic/OurLittleAdventure''. By the time the group reaches Autumnson, Angelika already switched to a more conservative and DarkerAndEdgier costume switch that no longer has her [[BareYourMidriff baring her midriff]] and showing off her naked legs. Julie follows the same route after they enter the city. This is possibly [[JustifiedTrope justified]] due to Summer being over in the story, and it's not as warm out.

** Katara also goes on to expose more and more skin as the series progresses. In the first season she wears a parka that covers everything up to her neck ({{justified}}, she comes from a place with very cold climate). In the last season, she wears a Fire Nation dress that leaves her arms, shoulders and [[BareYourMidriff midriff]] bare.

* ''VideoGame/LastCloudia'': After losing her master's powers, Lukiel goes from wearing a one-piece attire with gloves and boots to a dress that bares her midriff, hands, and feet.

* Over the course of the peak of his career, Music/{{Eminem}}'s image changed from a sneering, sweaty, dark-haired bro in a baseball cap, to a savage, mean, intoxicated little gremlin-man with blond hair and blue eyes, to a sculpted heartthrob who kept having excuses found for him to pose naked or shirtless. He'd genuinely disturbed viewers with his rolled-back eyes and twitchy, UncannyValley movements in the video for "Guilty Conscience" in 1999, but by 2002, he was pouting and smouldering in photographs and film critics were describing him as looking 'like a punched angel'. While his looks faded somewhat afterwards due to him acquiring an addiction to Ambien, gaining a lot of weight, and then losing it, he was still marketing his music based on sex as late as 2009's "3 a.m.", where he spends most of the video shirtless or in a bathtub full of blood.

** [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight That other Saber]] gets hit with this in ''VideoGame/FateGrandOrder'', receiving several AU versions who make the original ''Fate/stay night'''s Rider look flat-chested. Rider, too, gets an alternate form who's even more voluminous and revealingly-clothed than the original. Inverted, on the other hand, inasmuch as Type-Moon has long since left behind its phase of doing outright R-rated material.

Although it's technically FanDisservice, it's one of the most remembered moments from ''Return of the Jedi'' for a reason.

* When Franchise/WonderWoman [[ComicBook/AllStarComicsNumberEight first appeared]] she was a lovely young woman with a modest chest wearing shorts and a backless bustier meant to show off the musculature of her back. She then spent the next [[ComicBook/WonderWoman1942 several]] [[ComicBook/WonderWoman1987 decades]] with her breasts and hips expanding while her costume shrunk.

When a character, usually a female character, gets made more attractive during the run of a show. Sometimes justified as [[SheIsAllGrownUp the actions of puberty]], when a younger character (or [[RealLifeWritesThePlot actress]]) starts filling out as they grow up.

When this is done on purpose to an ActionGirl as CharacterDevelopment, it's an AdrenalineMakeover. Compare BeautifulAllAlong and ProgressivelyPrettier, which is when this happens to characters who are initially not supposed to be considered attractive, and SelfFanservice, when fan works reshape an unattractive character into a beautiful one. If done on an adaptation, it's AdaptationalAttractiveness, or AdaptationalSkimpiness if the main part of it is a more revealing costume. Contrast GirlinessUpgrade. May involve a SignificantWardrobeShift.

** Orihime's bust -- already [[UnusualEuphemism super-size]] to start with -- has steadily grown larger as the art style evolved. Following the time skip, her breasts grew even more and put her in the same category as Rangiku and Adult Nel.

** Compared to her first appearance, Yui Kotegawa is considerably more buxom as noted by many characters.

** ComicBook/{{Rogue}} was plain ugly in her debut and has only a modest physique. Then she [[BeautyEqualsGoodness joined the X-Men]] and increasingly became hotter and hotter. By time Creator/JimLee drew her Rogue was now one of most beautiful, buxom, curvaceous female characters in all of Marvel Comics, and her outfits went from jumpsuits to SensualSpandex to a bikinis and Daisy Dukes. Among the X-Men Rogue is only really rivalled by ComicBook/{{Storm}}, ComicBook/EmmaFrost and BoobsAndButtPose-incarnate ComicBook/{{Psylocke}} when it comes to attractiveness.

* Pre-Crisis ComicBook/{{Supergirl}} started out as a cute-as-a-button fifteen-year old girl. As her series went on, she became more beautiful and curvier, a progression helped because she was allowed to age gradually. Before [[ComicBook/CrisisOnInfiniteEarths her death]] she had become a stunning, buxom blonde woman in her mid-twenties.

** Ivy keeps [[BuxomIsBetter getting bigger and bigger]]. The [[JigglePhysics magnitude and degrees of freedom]] ramp up with each release. The ''Soulcalibur'' gals in general tend to fall under this. [[BreastExpansion If their breasts don't get bigger]], [[{{Stripperiffic}} their default outfits get smaller.]] Ivy eventually hit her peak in ''IV'', though, because ''V'''s outfit is actually ''less'' revealing. Apparently the developers realized if they made her even more {{Stripperific}} they probably couldn't hold onto their T rating. By ''VideoGame/SoulcaliburVI'', she gets a new costume that can rival that of ''IV''.

* In the first two seasons of ''WesternAnimation/ReBoot'', the animation studio was rather limited on how much of Dot Matrix was shown -- both due to technological limitations and ExecutiveMeddling on the part of the ABC network. On his end, Matrix is undoubtedly the most sexualized male character in the show. With his muscles, sleeveless leather vest, tight jeans, earring, tattoo, and scars, Matrix checks all the boxes of the 'Hot Bad Boy' archetype.

* After the incident with Asteroid M in ''WesternAnimation/XMenEvolution'', Mystique ended up changing from her comic outfit into a leather crop top, miniskirt, and matching high-heeled boots.

* The angels in ''Literature/TheBible'' were never depicted the way they were illustrated by Renaissance artists: resembling fair-faced humans with fluffy white wings, illuminated in a golden penumbra and occasionally baring a breast. The now-accepted image of an angel is OlderThanPrint yet NewerThanTheyThink. While angels are barely described in the Bible, it's implied that when visible to mortals they have an awe-inspiring but somewhat fearsome appearance. None of Adam's descendants ''dare'' to return to Eden once it is angel-guarded, and the first words of the Messenger to the shepherds are "Fear not!" The Apocrypha ascribe some StarfishAlien appearances to angels (albeit with an emphasis on feathery wings) and number Death as one of the angelic host -- probably the only one who has never been re-interpreted as a vapid blonde in a glowing nightgown.
