* ''Film/{{Underwater}}''. Two men go outside in diving suits to investigate a beacon from one of the evac pods that never made it to the surface. They find the pod ripped open and a corpse whose back is pulsating strangely, until something rips out and lunges at them. Instead of his helmet being torn open by an evil acid-secreting facehugger, we cut to Paul dumping the baby monster's corpse on the table in front of the others, [[CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass having killed it.]] It does however show a disturbing take on how the Lovecraftian FishPeople 'breed' with humans.

* ''Videogame/ARKSurvivalEvolved'': Two creatures in the game reproduce by impregnating another species:
** Reaper Queens, which are a reference to the Xenomorphs, will try to impregnate a player as long as they're sufficiently weakened and currently not under the effects of charge light. They will plant a Reaper King embryo into the player's body before burying away and despawning, and from there the embryo grows and gains player XP until it [[ChestBurster emerges from the player's chest and leaves them at 1 HP]].
** Female Rhyniognatha, like Reaper Queens, require being sufficiently weakened before they attempt an impregnation. Unlike the Reapers, however, they won't impregnate the player but their tamed creatures instead (as long as they have a high enough drag weight, so animals like the Dodo won't do). The creature to be impregnated also has to be fed a Rhyniognatha Pheromone. Once the requirements are satisfied, the female Rhyniognatha will launch its larva at the sacrificial creature; unlike Reaper King embryos, a Rhyniognatha larva will drain the host's health and food at an accelerating rate and then kill it once it emerges.

* After the events of ''ComicBook/SecretInvasion'', Tigra, who was impregnated by Dr Pym who turned out to have been a Skrull imposter, starts having nightmares of this trope, specifically that she's pregnant with a litter of mutant Skrull babies that will tear/eat their way out of her body. She goes to Trauma, a licensed therapist who specializes in superheroes, over this. [[spoiler: Her fears turn out to be completely unfounded and she gives birth the ordinary way to an adorable CatGirl baby]].

* The Bone Leeches from ''[[VideoGame/{{Blood}} Blood 2]]'' are the headcrabs' worse, squickier cousins. First, they can and will try to infest the PlayerCharacter, resulting in an InterfaceScrew. Second, they undoubtedly do use their hosts for breeding; after they mutate the poor human to the point of unrecognizability, the victim's body turns into a sack full of baby Bone Leeches (which come out and attack if you shoot the creature with bullets). Third, they aren't adorable hybrids of frog and melon, they are something between a worm, a crustacean and a millipede.

* Reversed in the ''WesternAnimation/{{Futurama}}'' episode "Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch", where a seemingly male alien is revealed to have a life cycle whereby he can be impregnated by skin contact with a human. Apparently, it's so sensitive at times that even indirect contact, like a shared toilet seat, is enough to do the trick.
* DiscussedTrope on ''WesternAnimation/KingOfTheHill'', when Dale believes his son Joseph (actually the result of his wife's affair) is a result of this. In addition to Joseph [[ChocolateBaby looking nothing like him]] and having a completely different personality, Dale wasn't even in town when Joseph would've been conceived. Dale convinces himself that his wife was impregnated by aliens because he was too close to learning the truth about UFO sightings.
* The male Agent J from ''WesternAnimation/MenInBlack'' is impregnated when he accidentally swallows an embryonic alien, mistaking it for a pill.
