* LethallyStupid: This character is stupid yet due to sheer dumb luck they manage to avoid getting themselves harmed from their actions but end up harming others or [[TheLoad always having to rescued by friends.]]

** ChildProdigy: A genius who just so happens to be a pre-teen kid.

* TooDumbToLive: This character is going to die, and probably soon. They'll walk home alone in the wrong side of town to call their friend about the zombie apocalypse right before being killed by said zombies. If they're a recurring character on a show, expect plenty of pushes on the ResetButton, unless they join the undead themselves....

* BookDumb: This character isn't dumb at all, but they won't score high on an IQ test.

* RalphWiggum: This character is at the very bottom of the brain chain. The fact that they are '''so dumb''' make them almost immune to death, which is good because they need all the help they can get. The sole purpose of this character is so even the most stupid characters have somebody dumber than they are.

* TheDitz: This character reaches more deeply into the abyss of stupidity. Chances are he will be looked down on by other characters, and he is probably book dumb AND street dumb, but he usually has someone to help him out.
