As neither of them know anything about the Arelius clan, they assume it's a euphemism and he's some kind of assassin who "[[DeadlyEuphemism cleans up]]" problems. Then they find out that he actually ''is'' the head of a clan of supernaturally capable janitors. All of that is subverted when it's revealed that [[spoiler: outside of Cradle, Eithan is known as Ozriel the Reaper of worlds, the most powerful of the [[SpacePolice Abidan judges]] and the one in charge of eradicating corrupted worlds before they can affect any worlds near them. He also is the aforementioned founding Patriarch of the Aurelius clan, though summoning the Broom Icon and becoming the Broom Sage was meant as a joke.]]
