A (now former) member of the LetsPlay/{{Yogscast}} that joined in 2012, Sam "[[https://www.youtube.com/user/TheStrippin/ Strippin]]" Thorne was a longtime community member, turned admin, turned content producer after LetsPlay/LewisBrindley hired him for a job. He's renowned for his real life strength and badassery, by far being one of the toughest members of the Yogscast, also being VitriolicBestBuds with [[LetsPlay/InTheLittleWood Martyn]] and [[Music/{{Area 11}} Sparkles*]]. His content focuses on ''VideoGame/{{Minecraft}}'' as well as other games such as ''VideoGame/DarkSouls''.

In 2015, Strippin moved back to the UK due to issues with his visa, and began regular streaming on Website/{{Twitch}}; his channel is still semi-active. He announced his departure from the Yogscast in December that year (although he has insisted that he and the group are still on good terms), and also proposed to Dodger around the same time (she said yes) and married her on June 22, 2017.
