* The credits themselves have a surprisingly meta example: they integrate the maps ''you'' drew over the course of the game. As you slowly realise exactly what the title of the game's theme song, "Maze of Life", really means: the labrynths represented Rei's life, and the maps you created were proof she truly lived.

** Naoto's wedding event with the P4 protagonist takes the Detective Prince's stoic shell and [[NotSoStoic whacks it with a sledgehammer.]] While she tries to apply logic to their predicament, she spends most of the event stammering and trying to hide under her hat. If pressed on whether she would rather be the groom in the wedding photo, Naoto tries to dismiss the whole scenario since she and the protagonist aren't in that sort of relationship [[FreudianSlip yet]]. She then realizes what she just said and furiously backpedals, then backpedals again by saying that she didn't think it could ''never'' happen, and eventually admits she's just [[DiggingYourselfDeeper digging herself deeper]] and changes the subject.

* Seeing characters like the ''P3'' hero, Mitsuru, and even Ken and Shinjiro of all people being sincerely cheerful is heartwarming. [[spoiler:[[HarsherInHindsight Which becomes rather sad]] [[TearJerker considering]] [[HeroicSacrifice what]] [[DespairEventHorizon happens]] [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone to]] [[KilledOffForReal them]].]]

** One scene highlights both Ken's and the Investigation Team's connection to the [[TarotMotifs Justice Arcana]]; Ken is asking Kanji of what they're going to do with the culprit if the culprit is not bad a person after confessing that he doesn't know what to do with his mother's murderer. Kanji simply says that they will talk, then leave the rest to the police, even though in some way they still want more, because that's the right thing to do. Ken feels a little bit at peace about the situation after the talk. [[spoiler:A gigantic HarsherInHindsight moment as not only does Shinjiro die after Ken corners him about his mother, but the culprit in the Inaba murder case is not at all sympathetic with the deed. Also, the Investigation Team is led to believe another person is the culprit after their own Justice Social Link was kidnapped and apparently died from it. Kanji is one of those who agree to push the innocent to the [=TV=].]]

* When the Investigation Team and SEES finally put together that they're from different times, [[spoiler:Mitsuru reasons out that if persona users in the future have no knowledge of the Dark Hour, then it's likely that SEES succeeded in their mission to erase it. Akihiko tells her they shouldn't start assuming things too soon, and Mitsuru agrees, but tells him that she's seen a glimmer of hope through their groups' meeting]].
* During the P4 story, Teddie and Aigis have a heart to heart about gaining the ability to understand human emotion and the beauty of the real world (which Teddie describes as "sparkling".) While they don't get to finish the dialogue as Aigis cannot yet understand what Teddie means by "tears of happiness", [[spoiler: they do eventually finish it in VideoGame/Persona4ArenaUltimax, despite having lost their memories of the original conversation.]]

** In contrast to most of the guys, Teddie is strangely happy to be your destined partner. At the end, he admits that he's thrilled at the prospect of being married because it means you're no longer alone. A TearJerker when you remember that he is [[spoiler: a Shadow born from loneliness and the desire to be loved.]]

* The ending of the request "Escorting the Sisters" has Margaret be glad she was brought to this strange world, because at least it let her see Elizabeth again. It's a bit of a TearJerker too, since Margaret is from the future where [[spoiler: Elizabeth has left on a journey to save the P3 hero]], and she can't tell her that, but this line is still incredibly heartwarming:

* The credits display [[spoiler: a smiling Zen and Rei walking hand in hand, before they stop. Rei blushes as Zen takes her other hand and they disappear into the afterlife.]] It's a beautiful, though terribly sad moment.

* As the two groups return to their own timelines, despite knowing [[spoiler: their memories will be erased]], [[NeverSayGoodbye none of them actually say goodbye]]. Instead, they exchange thanks and say they'll all meet up again someday. In VideoGame/Persona4Arena and [[VideoGame/Persona4ArenaUltimax Arena Ultimax]], they manage to do so. [[spoiler: At least, most of them do.]]
* Just the fact that both teams are willing to risk [[spoiler:having it so they'd never been born for the sake of making sure it doesn't happen to Rei. Rei is unfortunately not all important in the scheme of the world; she spent her whole life being a sick girl who died before doing anything so the world wouldn't be affected at all, whereas the P3 and P4 teams are both in the middle of serious world-affecting quests, and serious, potentially world-ending disasters would occur if they didn't exist (Yukari not existing would mean her father wouldn't have her as motivation to stop the first attempt at the Fall years ago, any of the investigation team not existing means they'd never catch the killer and thwart Izanami, etc). Despite this, they risk the greater good because regardless of her short life, Rei matters to them.]]

* Rise's and Fuuka's friendship is nothing short of a fluff-fest. They immediately bond over their shared role as MissionControl and the outspoken Rise is quick to offer her friendship to the reserved and shy Fuuka - who gladly accepts and becomes inspired by Rise's motivational personality. This becomes even more meaningful if you have played Rise's Social Link in Persona4: Like Fuuka, she used to be shy and awkward. It only makes sense she would be the first to try and bond with her.
