Mark and his girlfriend Jamie have bought a large, dilapidated house in the middle of nowhere for practically nothing. With their friends Ron, Bob, Steve, Linda, and Joey, they plan to fix it up and make it a nice place to settle down. Unfortunately, the house is occupied by the spirit of Abigail Leatherbee, who murdered a neighbor in the house forty years prior. When Bob smashes Abigail’s tombstone in the front yard, he and the others earn the wrath of Abigail, who proceeds to lock down the house and pick off the new occupants, with the gang scrambling to find a way to survive the night.
