* CuteAndPsycho: Lisa becomes this as she and the Creature start getting closer, as she begins taking a liking to wearing dark and gothic clothing.

* ChekhovsGun: It's established early on that Lisa has a tanning bed that's faulty and electrocutes anyone put in it. She figures out how to use this to reanimate body parts sewn onto the Creature,[[spoiler: as well as immolate herself at the climax.0]
