Correcting my own entry: Cast Of Snowflakes refers to animation design.

* AnimalMotifs: A lot of them:
** Cats and mouses symbolizing cruelty and victimhood.
** The yodel scene has a [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment giant ladybeetle]] that could be seen as a CallBack to {{Film/Oldboy}}'s ant scene, highlighting the much LighterAndSofter vibe of the film.
** Il-soon's masks and movements seem to allude to rabbits, which might be a ShoutOut to Literature/AliceInWonderland's white rabbit.

* CastOfSnowflakes: If there is any example of this trope, [[UpToEleven it's this]].
