The narrator finds a strange [=LeafGreen=] game cartridge from his friend. However, as he soon puts the game, a number of bizarre things begin to occur. As soon as the logo disappears, it later jumps right through the menu screen. The narrator notices the player's name, LEAF, and with the play time being only three minutes.
Unnerved by the strange change, the narrator then opens the save file out of curiosity, before it quickly starts at Pallet Town, or so it seems. The narrator then sees the only Pokémon in its party: an unusual Eevee named "LONLINESS", who is only level 10, has a Lonely nature and had a rather unusually sad-looking sprite.
However, things only go FromBadToWorse, when the narrator soon uncovers exactly what truly goes on behind this game cartridge, leading him to uncover why LONLINESS become as is.
