* ''WesternAnimation/Ben10'': Implied with the SiblingTeam [=SixSix=], [=SevenSeven=], and [=EightEight=]. Ordinarily, they're a group of amoral {{Bounty Hunter}}s, but they seem to get along with each other well enough, with [=SevenSeven=] being seen [[VillainsOutShopping enjoying a car show with their baby sister]] [=TwoTwo=] on one occasion in ''WesternAnimation/Ben10Omniverse''.

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Amphibia}}'': [[Characters/AmphibiaSashaWaybright Sasha Waybright]] is a cold-hearted, manipulative AlphaBitch, but she always had a soft spot for Anne and Marcy. She believes that joining BigBad Grime will eventually help them return to their world, but after Anne realizes just how horrible a friend Sasha has been, and after their friendship gets strained, Sasha has been heartbroken over it in spite of herself.

*** During Season 3, [[spoiler:after Breakdown's death]] Starscream also appears to [[VillainousFriendship bond]] with Knockout. They are shown spending a lot of time together, especially in "Thirst", where they think they are about to die, Starscream gave him an ItHasBeenAnHonor speech and is shown genuinely smiling at him, something that he never did before. (Although it is ruined later when Starscream tries to pin the blame on Knockout when he has to deal with Megatron). [[spoiler:In Predacon Rising epilogue movie, while Knockout was already thinking about joining Autobots, it was Starscream yelling at him which made him join them, if the hurt look on his face meant something. It seemed like Knockout viewed Starscream as a friend, but was fed up with his abuse, so betrayed him.]]

** Ice King has his penguin, Gunther, whom he always carries around with him, and more or less all the other Gunthers in the Ice Kingdom. Also, before he was Ice King, he had his fiancée, Betty, whom he always called his "princess" and was visibly and verbally heartbroken when he left her.
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Amphibia}}'': Sasha is a cold-hearted, manipulative AlphaBitch, but she always had a soft spot for Anne and Marcy. * ''WesternAnimation/{{Arcane}}'': Silco is a ruthless son of a bitch, willing to do anything for power including murdering children in a petty desire for revenge. But seeing a weeping Powder in despair over her sister abandoning her [[CommonalityConnection hits him right in the heart]], Silco himself is obsessed with the betrayal he felt by a man he once called brother. So Silco adopts her and finds himself truly loving her as his daughter in his own poisonous way. [[spoiler: So much so that he'd choose her over his lifelong dream. And so much so that he'd spend his dying words telling the daughter who just shot him not to cry, assuring her that she was perfect.]]

*** [[DaddysLittleVillain Azula]] loves her father Ozai and is a [[WellDoneSonGuy "Well Done, Daughter" Girl]] just like Zuko, albeit one who's used to getting the attention she craves. She also loves her mother, Ty Lee, and Mai, though because of Ozai's teachings, these feelings are twisted. According to head writer Aaron Ehaz, Zuko is the person that Azula truly loves above anyone else.
*** [[OldMaster Iroh]] genuinely cared for his son Lu Ten and [[ParentalSubstitute his brother's kids]]. However, he spends the series being a CoolOldGuy, so this trope only applies to when he was the Fire Nation's foremost commander.

*** This trope is the sole reason [[spoiler:Zuko took so very long to perform his HeelFaceTurn. He loved his father and wanted nothing more than to return to when his family was happy together]].

*** [[spoiler:The two villainous brothers, Noatak (Amon) and Tarrlok]] genuinely care for one another in terribly warped ways, [[spoiler:Noatak]] taking [[spoiler:Tarrlok]] with him to restart [[spoiler:his anti-bending regime]] as a family[[spoiler:, and Tarrlok committing MurderSuicide to save his brother from himself]].

*** [[EmpoweredBadassNormal Zaheer]] and [[DarkActionGirl P'Li]]'s [[UnholyMatrimony romance]] is very sincere and almost sweet. [[spoiler:When she [[YourHeadASplode dies]], he seems genuinely heartbroken. Indeed, losing her as his last material attachment allows him to "embrace the void" and achieve [[EnlightenmentSuperpowers unaided flight]].]]
*** In Book Four, Bataar Beifong Jr. is [[BigBad Kuvira's]] [[TheDragon Dragon]], but also her genuinely loving fiancé. Additionally, although the rift between him and the rest of his family is considerable, he cares enough about his little sister Opal to panic when [[spoiler:he sees her right in the middle of a [[FantasticNuke superweapon]] testing target. Sadly, Kuvira values her Empire more than him, so when he's captured by the heroes as a bargaining chip she [[ShootTheHostage nukes their location with the spirit cannon]] (for all that she looks like she's about to cry even as she does so)]].

** ComicBook/TheJoker ''sometimes'' seems to care about [[PerkyFemaleMinion Harley Quinn]], though that seems {{subverted|trope}} by the end of the series. Harley, however, has a legitimate friendship with Poison Ivy and other Arkham inmates. At one point the Joker is planning to blow up the city, but Batman gets Harley to rebel by reminding her about them -- not to mention [[PetTheDog her pet hyenas]].

* ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'': It's very well established throughout the series that EnfantTerrible Stewie Griffin truly loves the family dog Brian and considers him his best and only friend. [[spoiler: He even mourns Brian the most when he dies in "Life of Brian" and effectively performs a HeroicSacrifice to go back in time and save him two episodes later.]] [[WithFriendsLikeThese Even if he has a funny way of showing it sometimes,]] [[DisproportionateRetribution like beating Brian to a pulp because he forgot to give him money for a bet he lost.]]

** [[BigBad Hawk]] [[TheCorrupter Moth]], aka [[spoiler:Gabriel Agreste]], seeks to have the Ladybug and Cat Miraculous' in order to combine them so that he can gain ultimate power. He goes about achieving this by corrupting civilians and transforming them into supervillains under his control. He also carries a locket with a picture of [[spoiler:his wife Emilie]], and it's later revealed he desires the Miraculous' so he can use their power to [[spoiler:bring her out of her coma]]. And he does genuinely love [[spoiler:his son Adrien, despite [[ParentalNeglect how little he shows it]]. Unfortunately, any paternal affection won't stop him from using Adrien (and traumatizing his already hurt son in the process) if he discovers that he's Cat Noir]].

** Emperor Belos's relationship with his brother is complex. [[spoiler:Philip, the boy who would become Belos, looked up to his older brother, Caleb, when they were kids. When both were trapped in the Boiling Isles as adults Philip's prejudices about magic and Caleb's willingness to befriend the witches ended up driving a wedge in their relationship. When Caleb falls in love with a witch, Philip murders him. There're a number of scenes where it's clear that Philip is conflicted about the murder however he never truly regrets it and views the entire affair as a betrayal on Caleb's part rather than his own. He uses Caleb's death as a justification for his hatred of magic, blaming the magical world for turning his brother against him.]]

* Although his evil can be debatable, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz in ''WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb'' deeply cares for both his daughter AND his arch-nemesis. For the former he spent years looking for a doll she wanted and the latter is a FriendlyEnemy; when Heinz isn't doing anything evil, they hang out in his suburban backyard.

* In the 2018 reboot, ''WesternAnimation/SheRaAndThePrincessesOfPower'', we see similar affection between Hordak and Imp. Hordak also develops romantic feelings for Entrapta after the two collaborate on his portal project, [[spoiler:and he's devastated when Catra lies to him about Entrapta betraying him. In Season 4, when Hordak learns that Catra actually exiled Entrapta to Beast Island, he sheds ManlyTears and immediately tries to kill Catra. In Season 5, his love for Entrapta eventually drives him to [[LoveRedeems rebel against Horde Prime]].]]

* The Diamonds of ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'' may be [[EvilMatriarch Evil]] [[GalacticConqueror Galactic]] [[EvilOverlord Overlords]], [[spoiler:but they also clearly care deeply for one another, as shown with Blue Diamond's 5000-year long depression after the loss of [[TheLostLenore Pink Diamond]] and Yellow Diamond's attempts to help Blue with her grieving, which also highlights how much Yellow herself still grieves for Pink Diamond. In the final story arc of Season 5, the fact that they still love Pink Diamond, even after learning she faked her death, became Rose Quartz, and then gave up her form to give birth to Steven, leads them to realize [[HeelRealization how much they hurt Pink]] and convinces them to stand up to [[GreaterScopeVillain White Diamond]].]]

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Kaeloo}}'': Mr. Cat, Olaf, and Pretty[[note]]Though Pretty isn't as evil as the other two[[/note]] are evil, but they all have their loved ones: Pretty has her sister, who she regularly abuses but still cares about, Olaf has his "wife" Olga (who is actually a CompanionCube, but he treats her like a real person), and Mr. Cat, ironically enough, has the show's heroes.

* ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeagueUnlimited'':
** Galatea is an EvilTwin (clone) of ComicBook/{{Supergirl}} developed to be an assassin for Cadmus by Professor Hamilton, who himself has [[TookALevelInJerkass fallen from grace]] into a MadScientist. Despite otherwise acting like a complete psychopath, Galatea is apparently deeply attached to Hamilton, viewing him as a ParentalSubstitute since he was the one who created her. Before she goes to attack the Justice League Watchtower in "Panic in the Sky", Galatea gives him a hug, and says, "Goodbye, Daddy" with sincere affection; this in turn causes Hamilton to have a MyGodWhatHaveIDone moment as he realises the full extent of what he's done to her.
** ComicBook/{{Huntress}} is an AntiHero on a quest to [[YouKilledMyFather avenge her murdered parents]]; the irony is that her father, while very loving to her, was a crime boss who was usurped by one of his own nastier lieutenants. [[spoiler:She ultimately finds herself unable to go through with it when she discovers that the murderer has a young son whom he loves just as much]].

** In "Dirty Politics", in a possible future, Dr. Blight gets a daughter named Betsi, of whom she's rather fond. At one point, she even calls her "[her] itsy Betsi". Dr. Blight's computer assistant MAL shows ''even more'' affection towards the girl, going as far as [[spoiler:doing a HeelFaceTurn for her sake and promising her to help her reform her mother]]. He sums up his motivation quite neatly near the end.

* Rataxes in ''WesternAnimation/{{Babar}}'' is presented as a ruthless warlord, yet he's also a loving father and husband, and he even cares for his servant Basil. Of course, his cruelty is downplayed in later seasons.
* A one-off gag in ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries'' had Detective Bullock undercover as a MallSanta, and got this little surprise.

* Implied with the SiblingTeam [=SixSix=], [=SevenSeven=], and [=EightEight=] in ''WesternAnimation/Ben10''. Ordinarily, they're a group of amoral {{Bounty Hunter}}s but they seem to get along with each other well enough, with [=SevenSeven=] being seen [[VillainsOutShopping enjoying a car show with their baby sister]] [=TwoTwo=] on one occasion in ''WesternAnimation/Ben10Omniverse''.
* Hoggish Greedly from ''WesternAnimation/CaptainPlanetAndThePlaneteers'' may be a supervillain, but he truly loves his son Junior. The one time his polluting put his son in harm's way, he performed an EnemyMine with the Planeteers to fix it.

* Dracula's love for his wife -- and subsequent rage and depression at her murder -- is what kicks off the plot of ''WesternAnimation/Castlevania2017''. The third season later gives us Striga and Morana, who are both a pair of evil vampires bent on turning most of Eastern Europe into their personal blood farm and a loving and devoted couple.

* Mr. Boss, from ''WesternAnimation/CodenameKidsNextDoor'', despite siding with Father and claiming to be a child-hater, has 3 kids of his own that he marks as an exception to his hatred. One of his kids is Fanny, a.k.a. Numbuh 86 of the Kids Next Door themselves, no less. In turn, Numbuh 86 also unconditionally loves her father, despite being one of the most militant, borderline KnightTemplar KND agents.

* The ''WesternAnimation/DarkwingDuck'' episode "[[Recap/DarkwingDuckS1E50TimeAndPunishment Time and Punishment]]" has Darkwarrior Duck, a BadFuture version of Darkwing. Despite having become ferociously overreactive towards anything he considers evil, Darkwarrior still has a soft spot for Gosalyn and can't bring himself to hurt her -- [[MoralityPet probably because her disappearance]] caused his "reinvention" as a KnightTemplar.

* Xanatos of ''WesternAnimation/{{Gargoyles}}'' is [[PapaWolf extremely protective]] of his son Alexander and loves his wife Fox (who herself wasn't exactly a hero). When Oberon asks them to give up their son, it does not go too well.

* In the Creator/DiCEntertainment ''WesternAnimation/GIJoeARealAmericanHero'' two-part episode "The Greatest Evil", a member of Cobra is after the drug dealer known as the Headman because the Headman has caused his sister to fall into a coma from overdosing on his {{drugs|AreBad}}.
