** One other is one of the {{Missing Trailer Scene}}s, specifically the most speculated upon trailer bit with a glass and water effect ala ''Film/JurassicPark'' and where Alfred greets someone with "they said you would come, now let's hope you're not too late". It confirms it was Superman coming to him all along.

** This, in turn, wouldn't fully make sense until the release of Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League, since the alien figure is nowhere to be seen in the theatrical cut. Only a similar pair of horns tipped audiences that the figure was none other than the villain Steppenwolf, who was completely redesigned for the latter film. It wasn't until the director's version that Snyder was finally allowed to use his original design for the character and finally match his appearance to that of BVS. Basically, it took a deleted version of a film for a deleted scene in another film to make sense, for yet another scene in THAT film to make sense.

When commenting on the scene, Snyder said "[[TakesOneToKillOne I use gods to kill gods]]".
