Created to be slaves and warriors, when the war broke out they banded together, and are now trying to find a way to leave the Galxy (or at least human space), so they don’t have to deal with humanity again. Rogue elements is a table top game set in a far future where everything’s gone a bit wrong. Humanity has destroyed its great galactic empire with a huge war, and in an attempt to make sure it doesn’t happen again, the leaders of the new human factions set up the ‘rogue elements’, a group of people who fight for the factions, their successes and failures deciding the fate of millions.

Oh and if the element your backing looses, but you still try to have the planet, [[ApocalypseHow it gets blown up.]]

There are five factions:

* The solar Empire- humans that stayed in the solar system and the surrounding stars. Their rogue elements are the [[TheMario basic simple, good at everything types]], and very cheep. The solar empires goal is to take over the other fractions, to remake the first galactic human empire.

* The Talik alliance- humans that are allied with the Talik system, the first exo-solar system colonised. They specialise in bio-augmentation, and so their rogue elements are heavily modified. This makes them [[MightyGlacier very strong, but rather slow]]. Their goal is simply to survive.

* The Geist- Rogue AI’s [[spoiler: actually human minds that have been uploaded to computers]] who want to convert planets into giant super computers to house themselves and their offspring [[spoiler: the once human inhabitants of the world]]. Geist characters are powerful, incredibly hard to hit, but have no protection once you do.

Created to be slaves and warriors, when the war broke out they banded together, and are now trying to find a way to leave the universe, so they don’t have to deal with [[HumansAreBastards humanity again]]. Their characters are faster and have interesting abilities, but lack actual damage causing power.

* Herrscher- gods… pure and simple. They are humans that dedicated their existence to becoming the embodiment of a fundamental of the universe. Those that succeeded created avatars, false bodies to interact with humanity, many are nice and interact pleasantly. But a few, such as death, are much less pleasant, converting worlds into labs to further their knowledge of what they personify. Their characters are almost unstoppable, and hideously expensive.

* {{Bilingual Bonus}}: all over the place. Special mention goest to Karl Uberwaltigt [[spoiler: last name means overpowered in german]] and Mel Brock [[spoiler: His name means honey badger, and he's based on a honey badger]]

* [[ImpossiblyCoolWeapon Impossibly Cool Weapon]]: while there is alot of option to make your own, the base charcters often have their own. the Sniper Joe Aaron has an AoE sniper rifle and Carman Tan has a large han weapon that is both on fire, and covered in acid.
* {{The Grim Reaper}}: Deaths Avatar, one of the Herrscher elements. He chose that form, as it is one of the most powerful images of death in human minds

* {{No Kill Like Overkill}}: Apsolutly nessicary to deal with most characters, unless they have the 'grim tenacity' ability, then 50% of the time they will just stand up again.
* {{Our Angels Are Different}}: Herrsher avatars could be considered angels, created by the herrsher to interact with humanity... they do still find it hard to talk to individuals, they tend to adress entire planets when they decide to talk.

* {{Spider limbs}}: A piece of bionic equiptment which alows you to crall over all obsticals in your way, but it gives penaltys to jumping, and you cant [[UnnessicaryCombatRoll skill roll.]]

* {{Squishy Wizard}}: Mages are the squishist base characters, but their ability to use Zauberi(magic) devices and their high leadership makes up for it.
