Edward Vincent Bracken (February 7, 1915 – November 14, 2002) was an American actor who began on vaudeville and soon moved to legitimate theatre, film, radio, and eventually television. He was best known for ''Film/TheMiracleOfMorgansCreek'', ''Film/HailTheConqueringHero'', and ''Film/NationalLampoonsVacation''.

Bracken was married to Anna Constance Nickerson and the couple had five children. He died of complications from surgery at the age of 87, just a few months after his late wife.
