** Doug has a big thing for abusive (or at least messed up) people being Dysfunctional TrueCompanions who display AwLookTheyReallyLoveEachOther. Critic, Tamara and Malcolm have done shitty things to each other but can show warped kindness, Ask That Guy and his narrator alternate between abuse and a relationship that makes sense to them, the movies he even said are basically a RoguesGallery learning to be good and while WebVideo/DemoReel have the nicest characters, it's still a FamilyOfChoice for damaged people.
