Doug has done a lot of stuff that would qualify for Awesome/Funny/Heartwarming/Sad/Nightmarish that aren't part of his work as The Nostalgia Critic, but those pages were deleted because creators aren't supposed to have YMMV items, so where would they go if restored?
Hide / Show RepliesThey'd go on the page for the work they're about.
If said work doesn't have a page, then the creator can get a YMMV page. However, if they're about the creator himself and not his work, then they wouldn't get added anyway.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. How come there's no YMMV page? That seems very odd for such an elaborate tvtropes page with several subpages.
Hide / Show RepliesBecause creators don't receive YMMV pages.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanShouldn't the trope stuff specifically relating to his Vlogs and reviews go on another page? At this point, the page isn't really a Creator page and more of a page for his Vlogs.
Power of Thor! Hide / Show RepliesYeah, I'd move that stuff to the vlog pages.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCritical Psychoanalysis Failure: In "Trouble In Lumpy Space", he makes the mission statement that he'll give the show therapy while losing his mind, leading some of the less empathic members of the fandom to make "Doug's the Harley Quinn to Adventure Time's Joker" references. "Less empathetic "? He is not doing real therapy,he is just reviewing a show.
Regarding that other discussion page: there's only nine "ohh he's purdy" tropes here among at least thirty, guys. And saying that women aren't exactly the primary demographic seems a wee bit sexist, TGWTG is meant for everyone yes?
Edited by emeriin I cut up one dozen new men and you will die somewhat, again and again.
Why is there nothing about all of the awful shit he's done?
