* {{Delinquents}}: Without much surprise, the Caimans. The three are all school dropouts, terrorize the neighborhood, steal and basically do whatever they want, anywhere they want. Except for La Ribambelle's turf which Tatane obsessively try to take over.

** Tatane's latest scheme involve [[TrojanHorse offering a caiman's hide to La Ribambelle, while Tatane remain hidden inside it]]. Tatane didn't count on the fact that a caiman lying on streets will cause a commotion and the authorities will be alerted. He end up in a zoo with real caimans for companions.

* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Titine is tasked by Tatane to infiltrate La Ribambelle and destroy it from the inside. Titine enjoyed causing discord among La Ribambelle, but she eventually come realize that they were not the evil punks that her brother told her about and she even come to regret her actions.

** Phil's modern look make him a look like [[ComicBook/BillyAndBuddy Boule's father]], only younger and with blonde hair. Both ''La Ribambelle'' and ''Boule et Bill'' were written by Roba.
** Similarly, Tatane resemble a lot like Boule, only with black hair.

* AddedAlliterativeAppeal: '''A'''tchi and '''A'''tcha.

** [[ComicBook/BouleEtBill Bill]] makes a small appearance when James accidentally crash on his favorite lamppost.

** Phil's modern look make him a look like [[ComicBook/BouleEtBill Boule's father]], only younger and with blonde hair. Both ''La Ribambelle'' and ''Boule et Bill'' were written by Roba.

The series ended in 1975 because Roba had to focus on ''ComicBook/BouleEtBill''.

* NiceHat: Archibald always wear a baseball cap. On the Caiamsn's side, Rodolphe always wear a black beret.
