* KickTheSonOfABitch: Under the influence of the mob, she tried to kill Bill ([[Film/KillBill heh]]) by locking him inside [[HoistByHisOwnPetard his own machinery]] and leaving him to suffocate. OK, it's ''[[HateSink Bill]]'', and he ''had'' just been [[PervertDad creepily hitting on her 11-year-old self]], and it [[DiabolusExMachina didn't stick]] anyway, but that's still pretty cold.

** TheChosenOne / TheChampion / TheBigGuy: DJ Stalinking, chosen as the successor to the Chairman for his superior strength, and unprecedented ''ability to fly.'' He led the team to victory against the Elite 4, sweeping several members on different runs and finally sweeping Green.

*** TheWoobie / TheHero: Sandsplash, born into slavery as a "Magikarp" but awakened [[PlayingWithFire fire powers]] to aid the team. Land.
*** NumberTwo: Hyperbug, humbly never made a name for himself, but always there to support whoever was in charge at the time. Sky. Afterwards, for his longtime service he's been recognized as Alice's Signature Mon of the run.
*** TheSmartGuy: Shellock, [[KidDetective the]] [[PrivateDetective detective]] and the only special fighter where the others are physical. Sea.
** TheHeart: Altaria, weak, but always hopeful. Later blessed by Amber to become a full fledged fighter.
** SixthRanger: Marc, a Mew who was traded for late game.
** BigGood: Chairman Meow Zedong, who led the team in the early days before getting stuck in the PC. Has since sent aid from afar.
** [[AllCavemenWereNeanderthals The Caveman]]: Swagsire, the first BigGuy. He just loved being around.

* CatsAreMean: If his nickname is anything to go by.

* TheNoseKnows: Frequently used Odor Sleuth to identify his opponents, [[http://imgur.com/oFoDNQ5 perhaps so that he can always be certain of]] [[Anime/{{Pokemon}} who that Pokemon is]]. Becomes FridgeBrilliance when you realize that in TPPFR's randomized world, where nothing is as it seems, identification would actually be helpful.

* RecurringElement: Inherits the "WE NEED TO [X] [Y]" role thanks to his being stronger than TTP Red's Blue.[[note]]Yes, this includes the "[[PerverseSexualLust milking]]" aspect as well.[[/note]]

* SempaiKohai: Apparently has this relationship with ''something'', though the Mob never makes it clear who it is.

* TookALevelInBadass: In-universe, so far they each either took the upper hand or leveled the playing field ("Brock" went with the quick Bug-types because Rocks are notorious for being slow; "Misty" went with Poison to have an advantage over grass; "Lt. Surge" took [[IncrediblyLamePun equal ground]] with a type his team was once weak against; Erika has Ice-types to defeat the former threat of Flying-types; Sabrina has Normal-types to NoSell the former threat of Ghosts; Koga uses Flying-types to NoSell his old weakness of Ground attacks; Blaine went from the Special Attacker Fire-types to the highly defensive Rock-types).

* CrutchCharacter: A milder variant. She spent a few days as the strongest 'mon on the team, but as the others eventually caught up and she accidentally forgot her best moves, the gap between her and the others drastically shrank. She never became useless, though, and she was later taught Metal Claw to [[IncrediblyLamePun give her an edge]] again.

** HardboiledDetective: Capable of holding his own on the streets of Kanto while sleuthing. And as a Blastoise, he's got the [[IncrediblyLamePun spirit]] to [[TheSleepless keep at his work all night without rest]].

* NamesTheSame: With the previous protagonist of WebVideo/TwitchPlaysPokemon. Opinions are divided over the in-universe reason ranging from A being a common name, being [[NamedAfterSomeoneFamous named after Camila A. Slash]], a rehash of the original A/an alternate universe version, or A sent back through time to an altered past after the events of Emerald.

* HotScientist: Seen wearing sandals with either a tank top and shorts, or a swimsuit, with a lab coat of course.

* UnexplainedRecovery: He is perhaps the only released Pokémon in the entire series to be universally regarded as not KilledOffForReal by the PC.

* SpiritualSuccessor: To ''WebVideo/TwitchPlaysPokemonRed'''s Blue. He can also be interpreted as one for Red's Giovanni given that he fights his last battle using Normal-type mons.
