** That's a rather tame way of putting what was probably the most brutal death of all the Organization members. Everyone else just died (some were more vicious than others; here's looking at you, Vexen). Zexion? He was strangled to ''death'', his life force ''slowly sucked out of his body'' as he lost consciousness. What makes this sad is that Zexion showed himself to be [[UndyingLoyalty highly devoted to the Organization's cause]], even up to his final moments, where he's absolutely ''mortified'' by the prospect of his death. That doesn't excuse his actions, mind you, but when you put him in comparison to the behind-the-scenes backstabbing game of hot potato that approximately half of the remaining members played, it's a bit depressing.

Number 13 in the above. Think he's critical to the plot? A mysterious Nobody able to wield the Keyblade, he defected when he realized that the Organization (sans Axel, though at the time Roxas doubted even that) cared nothing for him.

* TinTyrant: One of [[SequentialBoss his multiple forms]] involves being in a suit of armor and attacking from his throne. It makes sense if you consider [[spoiler:his past.]]

* JerkassWoobie: The ridiculous DracoInLeatherPants treatment aside, some members might count as this due to their Nobody nature and their powerlessness to do anything about it. Most of them don't seem too concerned about it, and are pretty blatant in their quest for power.

** JerkassWoobie: The (albeit non-canon) novels imply that Larxene experienced a lot of heartbreak as a human. And even in canon, that she's a Nobody earns her ''some'' points of sympathy, and she's actually given a [[AlasPoorVillain sad send-off.]]
