* TheRival: She claims that she's the best mechanic in Los Santos, stating that she’s even better than Benny.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: He seems pretty mellow and polite in his first few appearances, but his last scene makes it clear that beneath it all, he's an impatient and arrogant jerk.

** Should the player send photos of Cayo Perico's point of interests/easter eggs, Pavel will sometimes tell a short story about his hijinks related to the photo. For example, getting locked up in a torture cage for the entire summer after angering a Welsh tribe when you send him photo of a torture cage.
** He also mentions a job working with an American mercenary group (implicity non-Merryweather) that ended with him vowing to never again leave his submarine. [[LeaningOnTheFourthWall And he never does]] (since the vehicles "he" delivers are, as always, teleported to the player's location).

* NiceGuy: Is one of the only characters in this game who isn't a sociopath or a self-absorbed {{Jerkass,}} instead just being a normal hard-working immigrant with a family, meaning you will gain absolutely no catharsis from torturing him.

The unseen leader of the Families, introduced in the Lowrider update. Known for his extremely volatile temper, which has only been exacerbated by Lamar's constant screw-ups.

* TheGhost: He's never actually seen or heard from, just referred to by other characters.

The legendary producer himself. He first appeared in ''The Cayo Perico Heist'' alongside his associates, DJ Pooh and Jimmy Iovine trying to join the plane ride to the island but cancel upon getting news that his car and phone full of unreleased tracks were stolen. He becomes a major character in ''The Contract'', enlisting the help of Franklin Clinton and the Online Protagonist to get them back.

The son of Martin Madrazo who gets the Online protagonist involved in the Cayo Perico heist with the objective of stealing blackmail intel on his family from El Rubio. He also later appears in the Tuners update as the client for the drug recipies in the IAA Contract

The head mechanic of the player's Auto Shop, she claims she is the best mechanic in Los Santos.

However, he never tries to kill the protogonists and even vouches for them when they first meet Agent Rackman, showing that he is better than Haines at least.]]
