** As Emma herself states in Cooking With Emma,.she doesn't like being kept waiting.

* {{Jerkass}}: Where to even begin with this.. Emma, upon actually revealing its true self in the end of Five Shows at Wario's, is an unbearable asshole. It mocks Bruno for his actions of killing the five originals ghosts and cites Richard [=McRoy=] as one of the many people that suffered the consequences of his actions, however that's false since Emma taking over the five cast's souls (and Richard's future death) would've happened regardless of whether Bruno killed them or not since Wario casted the ritual on himself and his friends, dooming their souls from the start. Also Emma is quite the {{Hypocrite}}, as it basically implies that Bruno's victims are just as exhausted and tired as he is, while it is also corrupting and toying with the rage of said victims and not letting their souls rest.

* TimedMission: In The Theater. You have 5 minutes to complete a number of tasks, otherwise VIRUS Wario will find and kill you.

* TooDumbToLive: Continues working as the night guard for a week, despite knowing that there's vicious ghosts inside seeking to tear his limbs off. WordOfGod states that Richard needed the money due to financial issues, but what these monetary issues are exactly isn't really stated, calling into question if potentially dying in the most gruesome and worst ways possible is really worth the money.

* TooDumbToLive: Much worse than Richard. While Richard at least had the excuse of needing the money for reasons, Thomas continues working at Wario Ware Inc and getting haunted by murderous ghosts for no discernable reason. In addition to that, after his experiences in the building, Thomas is very curious to uncover what's really going and he ends up investigating the ruins of Wario's Fast Food Factory... the place that was shut down for being haunted. This predictably ends up going wrong.

* EldritchAbomination: Emma easily qualifies as this as it's a sentient curse that can alter it's appearance into whatever it wants. A disturbing floating head capable of growing teeth out of its forehead, a giant evil version of Wario without a face, or a bunch of VIRUS entities in disguise of the main cast except far more terrifying.

*** If you hide in the Living Room 4, you have to do your best to mitigate Waluigi and Yoshi's movements while making sure they either enter at the right time to get scared off by the clock or don't enter at all. However if they come in at the wrong moment like when the clock just recently turned to the next hour, then you're dead.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: In his very first introduction/appearance in Director's Cut, he shows his [[AGodIAm god complex]], constantly referring to himself as a deity and even stating "serving your god is what man is made to do".

* AGodIAm: He seems to genuinely think of himself as this, even in his final moments where he calls himself the answer and the way.

* WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: The main 5 spirits all apply as they're ultimately just VengefulSpirits seeking revenge against the one that killed them.

* TooDumbToLive: Mr.Wario, why on Earth do you continue going to watch over the diner at night while murderous ghosts are active? The ghosts don't seem interested in taking the hamburger recipe, and anyone who does break in to steal something is very likely [[KilledOffscreen not making it back out alive.]] Even Winslow lampshades how crazy Wario is for choosing to do this.
