* {{Stripperific}}: In ''X-2''. Get this -- her bikini in the hot spring scene and her 'bare' dressphere are less revealing than her default outfit.

* SuperNotDrowningSkills: Like Tidus and Wakka, she can participate in underwater battles. Justified because she has experience in salvaging sunken ships.

* UnusuallyUninterestingSight: In the sequel, no one ever comments on the fact that she's practically naked, [[NotDistractedByTheSexy nor does anyone seem the least bit interested]] that she's got a bikini model's body.

** She's also willing to let Yuna and Rikku be silly and carefree as long as she isn't dragged into it. WordOfGod has stated she was created because if Lulu had been the 3rd member, Yuna and Rikku would quickly be shut down by Lu's no-nonsense personality and the plot would have ground to a halt.

Everything that happens between their reunion at Luca Stadium and the showdown with Yunalesca is Auron reading the situation and adjusting his plan accordingly. Even when Tidus no longer hates Jecht, it goes off without a hitch.

* ParentalSubstitute: He's almost a father figure to Yuna. Besides being a PapaWolf when she's threatened, he also smiles at seeing her enjoy jumping into the Moonflow as a little child, and stays in Besaid with her when she pleads with him not to leave.
* PetTheDog: Anyone can forget that he's a fierce warrior because he's also one of Yuna's most loyal Guardians (''before'' becoming a Summoner, even).

%%* ShockAndAwe: It's not an actual inherent ability of his, but upgrading his InfinityPlusOneSword also empowers Yuna's Aeon Ixion, allowing it to break the damage limit. This probably has something to do with how the Spirit Lance is found in the Thunder Plains.

* MaleGaze: The camera is practically glued to her butt whenever she's around in the early game, which is made even more obvious by her skintight diving suit, to the point that even her introduction scene starts with a blatant butt shot. It's toned down after she ditches the diving suit for her main attire, but even then the camera continues to focus on her butt semi-frequently, more often than any other character's.

* TheChick: Despite her TheBigGuy status among the X-2 PowerTrio, she acted as this for the Crimson Squad, staying out of combat so she could be the sphere recorder for Nooj, Gippal, and Baralai.

* GuestStarPartyMember: She is one of the first people to greet Tidus in Spira (as "???") after he is captured and put to work by some Al Bhed scavengers. They are separated when Tidus is washed overboard, though they meet again on the Moonflow.

* ItemCaddy: Through her ''Use'' command and Mix LimitBreak.

* ArmorPiercingSlap: You'd be expecting that she did this to Luzzu upon finding out that he's the one who convinced Chappu to join the Crusaders' doomed-to-fail operation, but it turns out that Lulu had already been told, and hit him when he did.
