The protagonist of ''Fallout Equestria: Broken Steel.'' Appletart grew up in Stable 88, which was designed as a control stable and supposed to be able to sustain it's population for at least one thousand years. She was constantly bullied by her peers because her albino appearance. Her Stable was attacked by Raiders and Appletart was forced into a panic room, within the Overmare's office by her mother, Blueberry Muffin. The entire Stable population was slaughtered, inculding her mother. She swore vengence against the Raiders and went out to the wasteland to hunt down every single one of them. She attarcted the attention of Seargent Nightingale of the Steel Rangers and decided to join them. Appletart exceled in firing tests, earning her Cutie Mark. A Pegasus born in Stable 108, originally an Enclave field medic. She escaped the Stable when Motor Runner and his Raiders attacked. She met Zyon and Appletart and has been following them, becoming fast friends. She and her team were captured by a group of ghouls and made to fight in an arena for sport against feral ghouls. Of particular note, was a ghoul Reaver which proved extremely tough and resilient. The creature was eventually bested at the cost of Sky Fire's leader, Lieutenant Star Scream.
Sky Fire would later fly to Stable 108 seeking shelter, a mistake on her part as the cloned residents grabbed her and killed her, feeding her DNA into a genetic cloning machine. The machine created a fully grown replica of Rainbow Dash, using her DNA and fresh samples of Sky Fire's DNA.
