* TokenGoodTeammate: [[AntiVillain At least for a high-ranking Foundation bureaucrat]], O5-3 seems to serve this role in the O5 Council, given that he's the leader of the Ethics Committee. He personally objects to the cruel exploitation of both Connor and regular D-class personnel for human experimentation; he only reluctantly approves the use of Connor as a D-class, because it prevents mortal test subjects from being used and sacrificed at Site 95, while still lamenting the regular tortures that Connor has to suffer through. He also once managed to persuade the rest of the Council to fund mental health treatment for sapient [=SCPs=] like Connor, a program which he seems to feel personally invested in.

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Very slightly with the Foundation, possibly as a side effect of it being PlayedForLaughs. Several "safe" humanoid [=SCPs=] are allowed to meet up and congregate relatively unsupervised, and even share quarters (which is played as being "not important" enough for their own rooms). In SCP canon, they'd be more likely to all be individually confined with socialization, especially socialization with other anomalies, something allowed only for their mental health and with prior approval from on high. Connor can also go just about anywhere in the facility and is asked to go there on his own, not escorted unless he is going off-site. In canon that would be treated as a ''very'' rare amount of freedom, mostly because of how many anomalies would take advantage of it.

* AdaptationalWimp: Despite their power and resources, the SCP Foundation itself is portrayed as being much more dysfunctional and disorganized in this series, reflecting some of the sillier or more comedic incident reports and canons relative to the more serious ones.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: The SCP Foundation are portrayed as being [[AdaptationalComicRelief a lot more silly]] than they are on the SCP Wiki (usually, at least). Though despite the eccentricities and occasional incompetence from many of their personnel (even the O5 Council), they're still a very powerful organization that have somehow managed to keep the paranormal secret and prevent the world from being destroyed, even if they make a lot of dumb and deadly mistakes along the way.

* IncompetenceInc: The Foundation is portrayed as not being nearly as competent as they usually are in other SCP stories. The [=O5=] Council in particular, seems to be more invested in making crude LOL69 jokes, and capturing non-anomalous stuff just to fill up their containment sites, rather than doing anything particularly effective; and when presented with a department that yields positive results by caring for [=SCPs=]' mental wellbeing, their response is to defund the program in favor of hiring more security guards instead.
