A magician from the Tower who came to Helios to teach in place of [[spoiler:the deceased Professor Heil]]. His main reason for going to the school is to investigate the incident at Ishuella. He's perceptive and upstanding but seems to be completely loyal to the Tower to the extent that he rarely questions his orders. In spite of that, he appears to genuinely have the students' best interests at heart.
In his Awakened form, he has the ability to record video and audio of his surroundings. He also seems to harbor an extreme dislike of Shicmuon as a result of some previous incident the latter was involved in.

* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: While he generally follows orders given to him without protest, he has been seen to challenge questionable decisions made by higher-ups.
