The small, young, neglected son of Circula Tori. Even though Fern infiltrates his mom's office with one of Circula's misplaced ID cards, Willis quickly warms up to Fern, so he decides to follow her and help protect her. His age is six-and-a-half spiralings; [[WordOfGod in human terms,]] that translates to being around 9 to 11 years old.
