* During the fight against a large goliath guard, Wurd's first attack ended up dealing a LOT of damage. To illiterate, Wurd attacked the guard with his fire-enhanced Negotiation knife (which is coated in ''flammable oil'') while dealing additional sneak attack damage. In total, Wurd dealt a total of around 26 damage on the first round! And that's not taking into account that the guard now has burning oil on him, dealing additional fire damage over time.

* While the party was talking to Captain Arzire discretely, Fritz tried to persuade the captain to remove his guard's earpiece and talk to the pilgrims as a person rather than a soldier. Fritz proceeded to roll a Nat 1 on her Persuasion, but refusing to accept the roll, she used up her Inspiration. In addition, Laira gave Fritz advantage on her Persuasion. Three more rolls later, Fritz was able to get a Nat 20 and successful convinced Arzire to talk them them on a personal level.
