A Reliable Source

In "Let It Go" from "Bear in the Big Blue House," the kids of the Big Blue House all have the idea in their head that Woodland Valley is about to suffer a terrible drought, that it may never rain again. Bear wants to know just how this all got started and Tutter tells him that he heard it from a very reliable source - him and Doc Hogg. A flashback reveals how this came about, Tutter overheard Doc Hogg theorizing about this. But Bear reveals that Tutter didn't hear everything - Doc Hogg was just letting his imagination get away with him and, in fact, they tuned in to the weather forecast for the day, which called for a storm. He tells the kids that everyone worries sometimes, but it's important not to let those worries get out of control and to talk to someone you trust.
