  • He's gone from the Florida independent scene to success in ROH, while Sedrick remains in that same scene in relative obscurity.
  • A rather weird case, as every member of Generation Next has seen a good deal of success after leaving the stable.
• Real Song Theme Tune:
  • He's famous for using "The End of Heartache" by Killswitch Engage as his entrance music, to the point his Finishing Move "End of Heartache" is named after it. He went as far as using it in AEW, though ironically WWE, which used another Killswitch Engage song, "This Fire Burns", as CM Punk's first theme song (and briefly for Randy Orton in 2006), didn't use it.
  • Strictly in ROH, he's used Pantera's "5 Minutes Alone" and Marilyn Manson's Cover of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus", the latter while teaming with Aries.
  • He's used Korn's "Did My Time" in ROH, FIP and IWA Mid-South
  • Misery Signals' "A Victim, A Target" in ROH, FIP, PWG and German Stampede Wrestling.
• Romance on the Set: Dated, married and fathered a child with Marina Shafir, one of the four horsewomen of Mixed Martial Arts.
• What Could Have Been: Full Impact Pro was to send Roderick Strong as its representative in the 2007 King Of Europe cup but they ended up knocked off the bracket in favor of the UK based promotion World Association Of Wrestling, who sent Zebra Kid.
