Comments: Short, but very powerfully written. Delves deeply into Tayuya's psyche and manages to fantastically cover a gradual shift of the Sound-nin's loyalties in a way which is heart-warming and realistic for the character. The author does so while addressing the fact that Tayuya begins very devoted to Orochimaru and slowly peels that away layer by layer. And since it's less than ten thousand words, you really don't have an excuse not to read it.
