Too quick, rewatch necessary

Murder Drones tries to attract you with a generous dose of Black Comedy, snarkiness, ax-craziness and cybernetic gore and frankly it does a fairly good job.

The problem is, that the pacing is so fast that it's hard to keep up with everything, what's happening on the first view. And even second.

If you try to focus on the complicated storyline, you'll be having a hard time figuring out what's actually happening onscreen. Some scenes happen so fast, that you need to replay them at least thrice to grasp them. The ludicrous amount of detail in a single frame and generally dim lighting doesn't help either.

Perhaps the most confusing character is V - her personality is terribly inconsistent. She's introduced as an Ax-Crazy lunatic but rapidly shifts into Deadpan Snarker mode. Despite commiting gruesome acts, she's off-put by N licking her claw, yet only two episodes later she's casually munching on a slaughtered worker drone's arm (which has been lying about for some time). Her later remark about the deed makes even the dorky N lose his unquestioned admiration of her. The flashbacks reveal her original Bespectacled Shrinking Violet nature - nothing like what she is currently. The last we see of her, she goes into aloof serious and composed character, but it plays little role as she's presumably dead now.

Nevertheless, if you're on the Dark Side, this animation is a must watch.

\"V - her personality is terribly inconsistent\" It\'s not inconsistent at all. It\'s a case of Beneath the Mask combined with Character Development.

Going in chronological order, she was originally the Shrinking Violet until the Absolute Solver got control of her and made her do terrible things. She put on a mask of insanity to deal with her issues, but continued to lament how she \"Feels nothing\" and is \"Not okay\", while wanting to protect N, the only person she has left, from the horrors of what they did, even if it means killing Uzi since she has the Solver in her. She slowly starts dropping the insane facade as Cyn makes herself more known and she can\'t hide the past anymore, until becoming a Defrosting Ice Queen over seeing how much Uzi cares for N and is wanting to help them with the Solver, culminating in her sacrificing herself to protect them from the Sentinels. And no, it\'s not confirmed she died there.

V\'s personality can be best described as broken, someone who hides the pain behind a mask of insanity, helped by being partially insane thanks to the Solver, but ultimately doesn\'t want to lose the one person she has left, only to reveal that the kinder Shrinking Violet she once was is still there deep down.

Also, they literally eat Worker Drones to get their oil and cool themselves off so they don\'t die, that\'s different from N seemingly arbitrarily licking her hand in the middle of a fight.

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!
