This is the funniest fanfic I've read this year, if not my whole life. There is just something so morbidly amusing about the Kingpin killing Bitsy off-screen and only having Helen and Shampagne listen to what's happening on the other side. It's probably the best fanfic either Central Park or the Marvel Universe could offer, hands down.
Everyone is in-character here (for the most part, anyhow; Bitsy has a steadfast grip on the Idiot Ball, but given the premise, I give it a pass), and the whole thing is well-written. Also, you can't help but feel awful for Helen at the end since she finally gets what she wanted, but is too wracked by Bitsy's violent death to do anything with the money for the foreseeable future.
Overall, if you're looking for a good laugh, I would recommend this one.
