Imagine a book with the same exact premise, except instead of involving a cure for autism it involved a cure for homosexuality. Or if it involved POC being forced to undergo surgery and abandon their cultures. People would be outraged, and for justifiable reason! Yet for some reason, people praise this book even though it glorifies an autism cure. Elizabeth Moon should feel ashamed of herself for promoting eugenics so blatantly.
