"The Man With Two Brians" was a nice mix of funny, heartwarming and Tear Jerkers. The Jackass parody at the beginning was on point (especially with Peter completely disregarding the Content Warning that's there for a reason and the Quagmire Bee Bush), the plot about Brian feeling replaced by a dog that's (seemingly) better than him in every way was solid, and things worked out in the end, even if what New Brian did to Rupert (and Stewie's reaction) was dark.
My only real complaint was how the scene with Brian accidentally scaring off Quagmire's Girl of the Week almost came across as a precursor to the infamous rivalry between the two that spanned almost a decade (and is still referenced to this day).
