Less a question and more a complaint. I miss reading the Game of Thrones pages on this website. But I can’t do it anymore because of S8 (which I call the fake season because I refuse to acknowledge it as canon.) Still I do remember some stuff I read and I can’t help but feel like now those pages are run by people are completely against Daenerys Targaryen. Apparently Sansa was absolutely right to be ungrateful and rude to her even before Dany went and did something bad (which was completely ooc) for her. Now those pages talk about how everyone who was against her was right to be against her. It’s just sad because I remember spending hours looking at GOT stuff on here but those days are long gone and won’t ever return because now they are full of stuff that I regard as lies against Dany. Even though the writing was absolutely horrible and the characters were not themselves because that’s what happens in S8 that’s what all anyone talks about in GOT related stuff. Well at least I still have the Song of Ice and Fire pages which are not full of that shit from S8 which was completely ooc for everyone and threw away everything.
Jon is turned into a spineless asinine cowardly weakling, Dany a “mad mass murdering tyrant” (and I can’t believe Benioff said her not crying when her cruel brother died was a sign of her madness), Arya into a xenophobic emotionless cold hearted bitch, and everyone else into idiots, ungrateful assholes, and other stuff. I will never acknowledge S8 as canon.
PS: Oh and please don’t bother trying to tell me that Dany was always going to go mad. Anyone who actually believes that doesn’t understand her character at all. That was not her arc. If it was they did a really bad job of showing it. So no, not her arc. Don’t give me that bullshit of she killed people. Everyone on the show did that. Dany was tame compared to other characters. She was never supposed to go mad. So do not bother trying to give me evidence that she was going mad because there is none. It was a stupid bullshit arc pulled out of nowhere just to “subvert expectations”. And it was one of the many reasons the fake season was so bad.
